Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in machines didn't work which meant having to queue for the front desk.
Great Central location. Room was very clean and the air conditioning was good. Staff were friendly. Perfect for the one night in Copenhagen.

The bathroom is about 1.5 square meters, with opaque class walls, placed in the middle of the room...not very comfortable.
The hotel is centrally located with walking access to all major landmarks in the city. Breakfast was diverse and very good, hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. Good value for the money.

Could do with a little more storage/hanging space if anything.Had to pay a little for bags to be held until check in but was barely anything and so worth it.
Great location, great price. Staff were lovely, beds were super comfy. Rooms not massive, but the pod style bathroom was great. Great WiFi and was able to mirror phone and watch netflix after a long day of exploring.

Rooms are extremely small. If you are in two you can't have space to open your luggages. No wardrobe, there are a couple of hangers in the wall
Location is amazing. Walking distance to everything that matters. Highly recommend to rent a bike. Breakfast is good but not a lot of options.

- everything costs money: printing, tea and coffee etc - No kettle in the room - The bathroom door does not close properly - no slippers
+ staff is really helpful, they even cut our watermelon free of charge + just large enough room for two people without too much luggage to sleep + discounted daily parking costs something like 300 dkk

For the first time in my travels, I was charged to hold my luggage. This is a common need for travelers, and it is disappointing there is a fee for it. Also your bike fee was nearly 40% higher than a neighboring bike rental facility. And I am pretty sure there was a charge for coffee, a feature most hotels offer to their guests.
Location was great as where the facilities. Loved the cleanliness! Easy access to everything.

Super basic facilities, no tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom is almost transparent (zero privacy from your partner) and the extractor fan didn't work.
Excellent location, very clean room. Easy self check in and out - we didn't have to interact with the staff at all. Comfy bed. Good value considering hotels in the area can be a lot more expensive. Good wifi.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable room, quiet and clean, very good matrice. I was unsure about the shower/toilet and the glass walls/door in the middle of the room but it turned out that it was not that bad..no you cant see the other person taking a shower as the glass is frosted but there isnt any ventilation, you will need to have the window open to get some fresh air in and remove any smells.. You can only hang clothes with 3 hangers provided, there is no drawers or space to fold clothes. There is an ironing room in the basement of the hotel. It is a basic but comfortable room, location is perfect 5 mins from Nihavn and city centre. I would recommend as in the end of the day you want to feel well rested, safe and able to visit the centre on foot and this hotel offers all these.

The doors let through a lot of noise from the corridor so people coming back late (and noisily!) woke us up almost every night.
Absolutely fantastic location. Clean hotel with everything you need. Compact rooms but well designed and comfortable. Lovely and very helpful staff.
