Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A mini-bar in the room it would have been great.
Great location, room was small but it was ok if you choose to stay here like a tourist visiting the city during the day.

A little bit small, but fine anyway. I missed a towel to stand on after showering.
The bed and the shower in the room and the view :-) I changed my room because the one I received when I arrived had a view into a wall

The room was too small for 2 persons and there weren't enough towels. More than that, the hand soap wasn't refilled before our arrival.
It is located in the city center and close to the main attractions. There is also a metro station 5 minutes away. You can do the check-in with no contact in the hotel reception. Breakfast is available for 90DKK.

Although I appreciate that is a budget hotel, it would have been nice to have had tea and coffee available in the room especially when you are staying more than a night.
The location of the hotel is excellent for the central part of Copenhagen and most tourist and business areas are within walking distance. The area is also very quiet and I was not disturbed at night from outside noise.

Luggage lockers not working. I paid, then I had to drop the suitcase at the reception with no refund. Check in process starts at 3 PM, creating a long queue of guests waiting. I tried the self check-in, it went in error at the step of configuring the electronic key, forcing to join the queue for normal check in. It took me around 40 min in total, too much. Room very small, less than 10 square meters.
Central location, clean, good relationship price-quality.

Everything was good. A little too crowdy during breakfast and not easy to hang up dresses in the room (had to use the shower ;-)) Maybe install a little hook to hang up the outer jacket? Else; a nice room and hotel :-)

a bit further from attractions, restaurants and transport than I realized. coffee making facilities not that practical, breakfast (which I didn’t take) was in takeaway paper bags - so even worse value than I anticipated

Shower didn’t drain and water was on the floor after every shower. Bed was made up for one person with one pillow even though I booked for two. Lots of noise and partying could be heard on Saturday night until 2am on Sunday morning.
Great location, easy check in and check out process.

it’s a very small room, basic, long walk to the room, bed against the wall and small shower … but for what we needed and for value for money I’d recommend… unless you like spending time in your room

We had a minor problem with cleaning but it was quickly settled. Bathroom inside room is an area efficient solution and we knew what we are going to get but sound insulation can be improved maybe.
The best thing about the place was the staff. They were always willingly helpful from the first moment. I hope they get what they deserve. Breakfast was good for the value, we are glad we got it in the hotel. As it is shown in the map, location is good and no surprises when you reach the actual area. We rented bikes to experience Copenhagen better, providing this service is a good plus.
