Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Spain- long queue for check in - as the room is quite small, it's okay for a few days but I guess for longer stays I wouldn't recommend - storage for luggage was full
- the location of the hotel is fantastic - the room is comfortable though small - very clean and sensible cleaning every day - staff is efficient and helpful

IcelandI forgot my toothbrush, would be good to have a kit for sale for guests. Someone at the reception gave insufficient and very limited directions to Netto that was closed.

ArgentinaGood day! I can not enter where they tell me, I pass my opinion. The hotel is very nice, small room, but with everything you need. We miss such a big hotel that doesn't have Spanish-speaking staff. And we want to send a special greeting to the maid Natali, Argentina, who resolved us and made our stay easier.

SpainI was staying in a sigle bed bedroom and the duvet was far too small for the size of the bed. As not posaible to tuck in, I had to remove it and sleep without any sheet on duvet on me. As for the rest, everything was very good.
Clean, nice personnel and great location.

United StatesVERY tiny room for 2 ppl, we constantly had to wedge past each other. We had drunk people yelling and falling into the walls and banging on our door at 130 in the morning the first night of our stay. Thankfully they didn't come back since the front desk never followed up with us after reviewing security footage. Our shower drained poorly but we didn't ask them to fix it given there were constant notices about how they aren't responsible for your belongings in your room. And no safe in the room! So the only one in the room should be the maid...does that mean they have sticky fingers? We opted out of any maid services as well. Also only had heat, if you want ac you open the window. I guess you get what you pay for
The breakfast buffet is fresh and tasty we had it twice.

BrazilThe room is very small, so the price is a little expensive for the space. And the bathroom drain clogged on the last day, we didn't call assistance because we were already leaving but if happens earlier could be really annoying.
The bed was good. Wifi was fast. Good breakfast. Renting bile is easy.

SwedenI have regularly (4-8 times/year until 2018, thereafter once/year) stayed at this hotel since it opened about 5-6 years ago. It is sad to see that the hotel begin to show signs of deterioration. Small details in the bathroom, like toilet seat loose or a malfunctioning thermostat in the shower. With an alert cleaning staff these small thing should be reported and corrected directly.
Not luxury but still very comfortable. Very good value for the price. Very central location. A perfect place to sleep in when you have busy days which keeps you occupied from early morning to late night (meeting + social activities). Good Internet connection.

United Arab EmiratesDrainage in the shower area wasn't great as all the water comes out of the shower area. They charge a very small amount to get your boarding Passes printed. It was not a big deal at all as it wasn't much but I have never paid to get my boarding pass printed at any of the hotels that i have stayed at.
Great Location, you cannot go wrong with the location. Options for halal food just a few steps away from the hotel. Quick check in and check out. Clean Rooms.

GermanyEvery day was literally the same options, not so much options, they should change at least 2 things per day, a diferent Salami or diferent fruits. But literally everyday the same things is complicated.
For a good price, easy to go there and eat. But not so much variety.

NetherlandsThe view from my room was the hotel parking lot. I sometimes lost wifi signal and had to switch to my phone's data.
The room was spacious, with a comfortable desk to work on my laptop during my stay. The toilet was comfortable, and the shower really nice. Free wifi could've been better, as sometimes I had a better signal from a restaurant next door than from the hotel. Location is good.

NetherlandsThe self check in is cool, but after one day it don't work and you have go the reception to get a new card. So it don't really works good. It took also a while to find out how to shut down the "fan" or how it called. Extreme noise of it and you could not sleep because of it. When walking finding the hotel can be a bit complicated and you get lost. Also sometimes when going sightseeing it's a bit difficult to find. When arriving i really have to ask someone on the streets where the hotel is located. Maybe the best is especially if you are tired to take the train/tram from Copenhagen airport directly to one of the train or metro stations in the neighbourhood of the hotel. From there out it's only a 5-10 minutes walk.
It's in the middle of the centre so if you like go shopping or just sightseeing it's a very good alternative. Excellent single room just what i need.
