I recommend rooms on higher floors although a little more expensive. In lower floor rooms you hear more noise in the night and second hand smoke in through your window.

It has everything you might need. Very clean and only a short walk to city centre. Im a repeat customer and I highly recommend Wake up hotel 🥰

Sometimes the AC in the rooms can be a bit hit and miss.

Rooms are always clean, well appointed and comfortable. The locations is outstanding - right in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Kongens Nytorv and the beautiful Neuhavn area and shopping district. The breakfast is actually great value - around £10GBP for a selection of fresh, artisan breads, cooked meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh vegetables, fruit, cereals and pastries (plus probably bits I've forgotten!). Great value and recommended.

Definitely the location, the center, attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc are all nearby. Very spacious and nice lobby.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all important historical buildings. It is very easy to get from the airport to the hotel, it takes only 15 min. to get there by metro. The staff was friendly, highly recommmende to everyone :)

The room didn't have a telephone so it wasn't possible to talk to the reception when necessary. The television was also positioned in a strange way - It should have been more centered with the bed in the room. Breakfast should have more variety. For example: scrambled eggs, pancakes, more options of cheese, waffles, cakes, bacon, more options of fruits and cut, etc. I don't think you should have to pay to store your bags, I travel a lot and it was the first time I was asked to pay.

The staff were very friendly. The location was also very good. The room was nice and comfortable.

The premises are very big and our room was a long way from the elevators

Great location, close enough to walk to all the big attractions. The room was small, but was exactly like the photos so we knew what we were getting. Everything was clean and tidy.
