Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Having to pay 20 dkk just to store bags at reception before check in opens is something I've never come across before and i think this was odd and not very hospitable. Also the WIfi is completely unreliable which is not helpful for travelers who need internet to connect with family members etc. The website advertises free wifi so I would assume that the wifi functions but it didn't.
The room was a great size and excellent location and price.

Under the bed was way too dirty. Cleaning should be done for the entire room, including the not-visible places. The shower area was way too tiny, a bit claustrophobic. The reception personnel was not the most cheerful bunch we experienced in Copenhagen.
Locatıon was spot on. The room design might not be suitable for all, the bed was positioned kind of an awkward way so that it could fill the empty areas on the corner. Comfortable but, weird.. Good budget option to consider.

Not a deal breaker but the elevators are pretty small.
Great location. Big lounge area where reception is. Close to many good restaurants, high end shops and the metro station.

Room might be a bit cramped for 2 people, no tea/coffee in rooms (but I knew about this from reading the reviews so I brought my own mug & teabags & just asked for hot water)
Great location for the city centre, has everything you need (especially if you won’t be in the hotel except to sleep), good price for what you get

It would be great to have a kettle in the room. The dispensers for hand wash and shampoo gave only few drops of the product and were hard to use.
Great location, clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. It was very quiet and pleasant to stay in this hotel. You can easily get everywhere in the city center by foot.

The ONLY issue was the shower size... Very small. Oh yeah and no face cloths provided.
We had a wonderful stay and the staff were very helpful. We were able to walk to most of where we went. Taxi kiosk in the lobby took care of everything else.

Only thing to comment as a bad thing would be the shower hose didn’t look that welcoming, it was tired.
Good location, close to Nyhavn and those areas. Comfortable bed.

One towel had a stain. Despite this everything was great.
Perfect location of the hotel. Close to Nyhavn. Everything is accessable on foot, many places to eat around the hotel. Close to the metro station which goes to the airport.

Room is fairly small but understand, after all its downtown Copenhagen. Bed is abit hard.
Great location and fairly close to Strøget, restaurants and supermarket. 5-10mins walk to metro marmorkirke station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are small … by North American standards. Would have wanted a top sheet on bed, more pillows and more towels. A mini fridge is a nice to have and free coffee.

The standard double room with 12 sq m is not just small, it's tiny, and one side of the bed is against the wall. This means one can only get in or out of the bed from one side, or from the end. This is not mentioned in the room information. We moved immediately to a larger three person room, which was large enough to move around in, but still with the bed problem.
The hotel is ideally situated, clean and bright, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Since you pay for the stay at check-in, checking out is simply dropping your key-card into a box.

You had to pay extra for a locker to store your bags and use actual coins to pay for the locker. I think it should be free to store your bags and at least that you can pay by card at the locker machine.
The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a fairly wide variety of bread and toppings. Would have like it if they had a non-dairy yogurt alternative.

Everything was very tightly packed with only the barest essentials provided. The rooms were generic with no effort made to create any sort of pleasant aesthetics. There was but one pillow, one bath towel and one hand towel provided. In other words, just the bare essentials.
The hotel and rooms were very clean and efficient. The location was perfect for sightseeing in the city. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

Just know in advance that the rooms (or at least the ones I’ve had) are really small. There’s no where to store anything — and I mean anything. But I knew that and chose to stay, so that says a lot.
Great location and near the metro from the airport and to the cruise ship pier. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to everything I like in Copenhagen. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I’ve stayed here before and would again.
