Great location close to town but away from the main hubbub. Lovely breakfast patio and a breakfast of fresh fruit. Rooms were simple and comfortable with aircon. Phil and Carol were helpful with finding us a guide for Boiling Lake.

The family owned hotel was very accommodating and helpful all you have to do is ask. We enjoyed the breakfasts every morning. The location is great for walking and taking the bus and very safe!

This bed and breakfast is perfectly located for exploring Roseau and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and storage, and was spotlessly clean. We loved being able to watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony outside the room. The breakfast had everything we needed to set us up for the day: a huge selection of fresh fruit, cereal, bread and spreads, juice and coffee. The staff were very friendly too.

The slightly unpredictable shower, as 1 of the 4 days that I stayed here the water was very cool & almost no pressure at all. The other 3 mornings it was fine.

Very good breakfast included in the cost of the room. I appreciated Philip explaining to me how I could take a local bus back to the airport on the other side of the island - a 1-hour trip - b/c when I arrived I was charged $80 USD to get to the guesthouse! You have to give yourself lots of extra time b/c, of course, the local bus is picking up & dropping off local people & cargo so it takes longer but I saved about $75 USD & had to walk the short distance from the airport's front gate to the terminal as these buses are not normally permitted on the airport property. Easy.

Excellent base for exploring Roseau and Dominica. Very nice room with two balconies and great sea view. Fine location near town and ferry port. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast including delicious local fruit. All in all great value for money.

The lights in the hotel room are really bright cold white which feels a bit less cozy.

Breakfast is simple but decent with loads of fresh fruits. There is an option to order some things outside of the standard breakfast assortment.

❌ The pillows—definitely could be better. ❌ No blankets, just a thin sheet. Luckily, I had two beds = two sheets. Overall, a convenient and friendly stay with a great host and location, but definitely bring your own pillow if you like extra comfort!

The breakfast that is included in the price of $100 a night is a joke. Just toast, butter and jam and some fruit. Eggs had to be paid extra. Very disappointing.

We just stayed one night to be able to take ferry the next day so the location was perfect. At night there was a lot of noise from loud music in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly. Overall the guesthouse is clean but in the room there was quite some mildew and black residue in the toilet.

Nice yellow building just outside the noisy city center. Accommodating is surprisingly expensive here, so compared to other places in the world this is not value for money. But in Roseau I think this is a nice place to stay for a couple of days. Very basic breakfast included - they even charge (a lot) extra if you want eggs, and we booked a room with ocean view, but the view was only if you sat outside the door of the room. Short walk to the city center and pretty calm environment.

The guesthouse is conveniently located at walking distance from the ferry and the breakfast is really good, especially the various fruits. Staff is friendly and helpful, an extra shout to Chen who went above and beyond to make our stay really memorable.

The location is perfect quiet neighbourhood walking distance to roseau and small shops near by. Breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus. overall we were very satisfied.

I took the ferry over from Martinique for a couple nights and loved the location as it is only a few minutes walk from the ferry port. The restaurant/breakfast area is very peaceful and I liked that they have an espresso machine. As others noted, the free breakfast is basically just bread, fruit, coffee and juice but you can pay extra for some protean. I went with the cheapest room, which was small but clean and well air-conditioned. The staff were very friendly and happy to offer advice.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but the all island is safe to walk night / day.

This guest house give you to feel like home, the owners help you in every question and need. The place is simple but clean, the room with the balcony have nice view. The breakfast have a lot of fruits and fare enough.

Nice and friendly staff who always have your comfort and wellbeing in mind. Room and bathroom were impeccable with AC and there was a coffee corner to make your own coffee or tea (also a microwave which I did not use), furniture a bit outdated though. Breakfast offers all basics: toast, jam, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, coffee/tea, cereals, milk, etc. But the highlight was the fresh fruit buffet every morning with a wide choice of tropical fruits, so good!
