WiFi was not working and towels were stained. Otherwise everything else was great.

Property was comfortable. There was hot water and air conditioning. There was a kitchen and a fridge, coffee maker, coffee and sugar. There was a tv in each room.

Area is under construction throughout the streets and we lost electricity but the generator kicked in. But not for the WiFi. Just the outlets and the lights. Then the generator gave out after about an hour. This happens all over Latin America but this area probably more with the construction until it’s finished. Lights came back after a couple of hours.

Loved the decor and the amenities. Shower, bed and room were great. Toilet seat was very loose but not a big deal

It's hard to take a rolling bag up the narrow spiral stairs on the third floor.

Great aircon that quickly cooled the room down. You can adjust the color of lighting between a funky blue and a fluorescent white. Comfy bed.

The only issue I had was that the price that paid when I arrived was much more than what was advertised when I booked the room. I don't like that at all. Booking.com should be accurate or at least say ahead of time that the rate may change upon arrival.

The staff and room were very nice and the location is great. Centrally located downtown and in a safe area. The room is clean and cozy, they have those colourful lights and a tv with local stations only. The showers don't have hot water but that's ok because it's 4 thousand degrees outside.

The staff most unpleasant unwelcoming and not very helpful. I had three pieces of luggage got zero help going up the stairs. I had asked for my room to be cleaned the three times for my 3-day stay never got cleaned once. Had to go to the office to get fresh towels met with unpleasant faces like I was bothering them.

The hotel is located on a block which seems to be a bit dodgy at night. Most of the restaurants were close by 19:00 on a Thursday night, and it didn't feel quite safe wonder around on the streets.

excellent value for the money, If you do not know where it is, you will need google maps, as there is no signage. The hostel is on a narrow street with the rooms in a renovated building and the office on the other side of the street.

Only one stove burner worked, they also had an oil burning which smelled terrible, it sort of gave me a headache.

The wifi was great, AC, clean bed, additional grade-A linens perfect. I loved that it had a fully equipt kitchen. The hot water was amazing.

The kitchen is very small, iso bones is cooking you'll have to wait for your turn. And during the day there was traffic noise and noise from other rooms but night time was perfectly quiet.

Loved that they had Netflix on the TV, comfortable beds, airconditioning and cosy lighting. The room was clean. Small but comfortable, and with a private bathroom.

Towels were not clean, probably they are old and they looks like are not clean. Same with the pillows, they looked thirty. Is not our first time in this hostal and last time was great. Everything clean.

I rang the bell for reception (which is in a building opposite where the rooms are) a number of times, and had to wait a while for the woman to come and check me in. I also rang a few times when I was leaving, and in the end I left the key in the room and went without seeing anyone.

The room was small, but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and hot water. The lighting options were numerous. The wifi worked very well.
