The first room we checked into did not have a balcony. It was in a corner with a tree in front blocking the view. Unacceptable. They did move us to another room the next day and things looked up from there. The 2nd room did have a slight water leak but I could live with that compared to the room with no view or balcony.

The grounds were very well kept. The pools were nice, the views from the rooms etc. The food and drinks were pretty good as well.

the staff members at the restaurant and entertainment were rude as they were saying that I was getting lost in resort instead of helping me to get around the resort. a bus driver was asking too many personal question to me and the one I was accompanied with while I was waiting for a taxi.

The liquor used in the drinks is awful; make sure you stick to fruity cocktails to numb it, beer, or just don't drink lol.

The resort is very nice and everything is within a short walk. There's lots of facilities and things to do like the beach, pools, casino, and shows. Property is well maintained and very pretty. Big plus is the rock climbing wall and trapeze which is not often found at resorts!

If it wasn’t for the fact we were drinking all day it probably would have been way worse then it was. For spring break it was a great deal $100 a night but don’t bring ur families here the food is actually disgusting. Hotel is nice just stuck in 2009. Reservation services are so outdated and nearly impossible to get which is bad because the restaurant the only decent food. Other then the food I had a blast the beach is beautiful and made some amazing friends!!!

Broken safe and broken latch on sliding doors. White bedding looked gray. Nini bar wasn't stocked. Had to call for toilet paper and we did not get the complimentary bottle of rum,you ran out.

Wi-Fi and TV definitely need improvement. Wi fi is very slow and disconnects all the time. Also the drinks could have more fruits options - per example I’m allergic to pineapple and most of the drinks in the menu has it. Adding other drinks flavor like strawberries would be amazing.

Amazing! The staff is great, always trying their best for your comfort. Absolutely recommend!! Food was great too!

The beach and pools were great, but the room was not clean—there was mold in the corners. The restaurants were very busy, and I was only able to get a reservation for one restaurant on one night. We were told the others were fully booked. Don’t fall for the claim that they have six restaurants; it’s misleading you are not going to be able to enjoy them.

Feels very old everywhere you go. Checking-in as well as checking-out was very slow. Rooms are outdated. Bathroom looks dirty and old as the towels too. Food is very basic and not such a great variety. It’s okay is all inclusive after all.

My first night they tried giving me a room that smelled like huminty and swaped me to another one which a/c was not working they didnt give me a decent room until the next morning also before i left they tried selling me a vacation pakage and was treated very nasty and very rude because i said no to the vacation package they started raising their voice and made nasty comments to my girlfriend like making her feel like she was a prostitud just were not married and live in different countries I WIll NEVER stay their ever again or ever vist Dominican Republic ever

A lot of staff didn’t speak English so my freind and I felt ignored. My drinks were always made wrong or they were out of the liquor. Mainly drank water, food not that good, it was definately the worst vacation I’ve ever been on, rained a lot so tv was out a lot and phone in room didn’t work. The rooms need updating.

The most thing I can not accept is loosing my girls friend ID in reception desk. She had to leave your hotel without ID. They couldn’t find.
