Everything was fine, there was a issue with the water but they resolved quickly.

The staff was great, Freddy was very attentive and answered all our questions gave us suggestions and help us with every request we got, the hotel is in a very good location.

Neither photos nor description told us about 1-1/2 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. All of us are about 70 and climbing these stairs was an issue after a day of walking around the city. We would have booked elsewhere if we had known this. Also, we think we were charged slightly more than we were told.

Breakfast was great,(included in price). Staff was helpful and cleaning was very good.

Mosquito bites. There was no glass/netting on the window in our bathroom. I forgot to apply sufficient anti mosquito spray.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and attentive. Many thanks. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and were able to pay in cash/ US dollars when our cards did not work on their card machine. We were given a lovely breakfast in a wonderful outdoor seating area covered with trees. The hotel is well situated in the centre of town. Nice warm shower and effective air conditioning. Staff kindly booked a taxi to take us to the airport.

It was great. No complaints.

We loved the location! It was right at the end of the Zona Colonial walking street. We ended up arriving late and didn’t get there until 4:30am. They have someone at reception 24/7 and buzzed us right up. The room was lovely. We booked the Deluxe Balcony Room. It had lovely chandeliers, a King size bed, and a big balcony with chairs. We loved waking around Zona Colonial and being able to come back for naps. We felt super safe there! The breakfast was yummy too and the staff were incredibly helpful. We loved it so much we booked it for our final night in the DR too.

We stayed here for 3 nights earlier in our stay and liked it so much we booked it for our last night in the DR. This time we booked the standard room for two. We didn’t mind not having any windows as the ceilings were super tall and we just needed the space for sleeping. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Despite being right next to a busy street, the space was peaceful with a nice patio and very friendly staff. The rooms were a little small and a desk would have been great. They didn't have water as a courtesy.

I love the location. It was right in the heart of the zona colonial. It was walking distance to a ton of restaurants, vendors and the puerta del conde. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

nothing to complain about. if, then that the installation in the shower could need a handyman /renewal as the handles were quite loose and we were afraid of breaking them.

the hotel is directly at a pedestrian road which is quite quiet during the night, in the middle of zona colonial. we had the rooms w balcony and liked them a lot. I am vegan and I received toast with avocado for breakfast - very nice . the bar in the hotel is open 24/7. there was good wifi and hot water
