We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandwith the first person at the reception I didn't felt welcome and didn't get a lot of informations for the area. I unfortunately booked a room without window. And the internet wasn't working in the rooms this day. The hotel is poorly soundproofed, which made me wakeup a few times in the night.
the hotel and room was very clean, the breakfast delicious and fresh, and the airport transfer worked well. The second morning I was welcomed warmly.

SwitzerlandThe bedroom was very very noisy and I was unable to sleep. There was no glass in the window by the bed only metal slats. It was located on a busy street and all the night there were cars and motorbikes sounding their horns. Also people shouting loudly throughout the night. The small balcony was unusable and covered in pigeon droppings. The bathroom was very dated with cracked tiles and a dangerous glass shelf in the shower at head height. The whole hotel needs updating and refurbishing.
The breakfast was ok, however when I asked for another glass of juice they said there would be an additional charge.

United StatesOnce you pass the front door it looks like anything but a hotel. Outdated, overpriced, old and broken furniture, but the worse is the room’s bathroom. Its done carelessly, holes on tiles, pipes and walls, cables exposed, there is no soup holder to shower! The toilet is on the way to move in and out of the shower. The mattress is hard and very uncomfortable. Very old and extremely noisy AC unit. Breakfast is a shame, just have eggs and sausage that look nasty and taste worse, super bad orange juice. And to finish: there are cockroaches in the rooms! I don’t wanna think about the kitchen 🤢
The only thing that I liked was the front door. The staff is ok

NetherlandsNoisy, the rooms are at the same level with the reception and there is no isolation, hence a lot of noise from outside and reception. We booked a room with balcony and in the picture they have a normal balcony with seats. The balcony we had was just big enough to stand on together. We got dinner there, ordered hamburger menu. We do not recommend to eat there. It was not restaurant quality. For example: they microwaved the hamburger buns
The staff from the reception is very friendly, the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient.

SwedenThey charged me a few pesos (don't remember exact price) for one extra slice of toast, to be paid at check out. The waiter advised me about that, so I was aware, but never thought they would enforce that. I had checked out, and they didn't charge me, and I was on my way out when the man in the reception reminded me about that slice of toast...

United StatesThe walls are paper thin, you can hear people in other rooms as if they were right next to you. You can also hear anything that’s going on outside (including construction noises at 7am), but I guess that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
Good location, good breakfast. Our room was very big, even though we got one with a balcony we couldn’t use (no furniture and covered in pigeon poop).

United StatesMy AC got broken overnight. I woke up at 3am bc it was too hot in my room. The hotel refused to provide me with another room/suite. They gave me fans which did not really make it better. I could not fall asleep up until 7am when I had to get up bc my meeting was scheduled at 9.
