AustraliaWe went to one of the restaurants where we ordered a tuna tartare and we got canned tuna 🤷🏽♀️. The toilet in the room was a bit dated .
The rooms were spacious , we got a free upgrade that allowed us to use the premier club restaurants , lounges and concierge . It was fantastic! The service was outstanding. All the employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing . There was a big variety of food on the buffet . The food was ok . The beach was clean with heaps of beach beds and the water was stunning ! The room was always clean the cleaning staff were always checking on us if we needed anything .

The breakfast was always wonderful with a lot of delicious food. The waiters were attentive and helpful especially Victor and Pablito but, we don't have complain of any of them.

The beach is breathtakingly beautiful, something from a movie. No sargazo! The room was nice and very clean. Everything worked properly. I highly recommend the spa.

PortugalSometimes it could be a bit caotic with the requests for drinks at the buffet but the staff is really nice and work hard to please you. The rooms could use some more love in regards to cosmetic issues (basic paint jobs, old bin trays, etc)
The beach area is incredible with clear tropical waters and lots of entertainment, or rest areas if you prefer. The general hotel area is very good, with several pools & bars on different locations.

I have visited most all inclusive in Punta Cana mainly and can only mention 1 that was also good but Dreams appears to exceed everything people and staff , food ,easy access , the spa , the yoga in the am and e resides at least 3 times a day

super clean!!! the staff are absolutely adorable from when you get out of your transportation till the end, I been to so many resorts and this one has been the best as far as staff treatment. big shout out to Rogelio at the entrance, Diego at the cafe, Bryan from entertainment, coco and Adriana from entertainment, the guys at the buffet were soooo nice, great experience.
