My wife and I loved everything about the property! The seclusion, landscape, and most definitely the food. The associates were great! They all had warm smiles and peaceful greetings when we encountered them on the grounds. My Wife and I will visit again in the near future when it's time to take a load off from everyday life. One of the guests made a mess in the hallway of the building and it wasn't cleaned up well for a couple of days. Otherwise no major issues.

Amazing pool stretching through the whole area of the hotel. Nice beach. Variety of restaurants. Rooms cleaned well. Staff keeps the territory of the hotel clean and well maintained. Cleaning everything everywhere all day long.

Information on the app and also at arrival could be better and there are no snacks (nuts etc.) at the bars.

Very newly opened hotel! Despite not being fully open and there is a construction going on, you don’t notice anything during your stay. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

This was the most amazing all inclusive resort we have stayed at. It had only reopened 2 days before our arrival, but felt like they had been open for years. The grounds and buildings are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff are utterly amazing and are so friendly. Several members of the staff absolutely made our stay memorable. They treat you like family. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants and the buffet in Ventanas will not disappoint either. The little coffee shop, "Drips", under the stairs on the mainfloor by the theatre was perfect. Great hours, great food and coffee, but it was the staff that will always have a smile and go out of their way to ensure yo are happy. Any review before March 4, 2025 should be taken cautiously, as that was all under the old management and name. The new Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana should be on your bucket list of places to see.

It was obvious that the resort just opened and they were still working out the kinks. There were a few things they can improve on. The alcohol is cheap. I did not see any premium brands being served. The staff must be working 12+ hours a day and really slow down at dinner @9:00pm (totally understandable, just eat earlier). The night life activities are pretty lame. They would be better to create a fun dance party, themed happy hours or more engaging activities. Bingo, the circus and Dominican dance performance were just ok. They really do not need to do much to make this a pristine property. They are building a water park, which looks like it would be great for the kids. It is also nice that it is being built in front of the property, so it won't disrupt the adults at the pool. I am sure that they will work out the kinks, you will enjoy this property. I also travel a lot and my standards are very high, so I hope this helps.

We were on a limited budget for a quick getaway. I found the Wyndham and liked the price, but skeptical about the lack of recent reviews. It was a gamble. When we arrived, we were super impressed with the condition of the property and the layout of the resort. We found that the resort had just opened the day before. The staff is so accommodating, respectful and will assist you in any way. Our room was clean, updated and the bed was very comfortable. The linens were of exceptional quality. The lazy river style pool was so fun and the beach was very nice. The restaurants are good and serve smaller sized portions (which is good since you tend to over eat for breakfast and lunch at the Ventannas buffet). I was very impressed to have the option of freshly grilled steak, chicken and seafood to have with my lunch salad, Breakfast also has a great selection. Overall, this was a great value for the money.

Furniture is dated and needs TLC. The resort sale was announced during our stay, I am looking forward to returning for the re-inauguration.

Exceptional! Great service, great food, many choices. Entertainment is top of the line, the free Michael Jackson show is so good that you would be willing to pay a separate fee for it.

the restaurants outside the buffet were mediocore. Luckily, we all loved the choices at the buffet and mostly ate there.

Staff were excellent , very friendly and efficient . Choice of food and restaurants was great. The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner was a work of art . Facilities were great , lots of programme for adults and kids. We will definitely come back

Facility was very peaceful with access to the pool and the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The resort went out of their way to provide fun activities and entertain. Food was very good and varied.
