No hooks in the bathroom for towels etc, I just found that a bit odd, apart from that all good.

The location was great, right on the beach and close to bar's and restaurants, breakfast was excellent, so was the Italian restaurant as was the Japanese restaurant, 2 lovely swimming pools, very comfortable sun loungers, the staff were all very friendly and professional, we loved our stay here, we would 100% recommend.

The water pressure and quality in the bathroom

The street heading to town was flooded and smelled like bad sewage. It doesn't seem like they drain the water. The pools were very cold which was a bummer. There was a lot of algae on the hotel beach not sure if staff cleaned it seems like other hotels had less algae.

The location was great and close to everything. It was right on the beach which is what I was looking for.

The water from the sink and shower has an unpleasant smell but I don't think there is much the hotel can do about it. I believe it's a bigger issue that the city should fix such as better sewage system and better water filtration system.

The room is very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in an ocean view room and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs and a table. The balcony also has a drying rack which is very helpful. They provide all kind of toiletries including shaving razors and toothbrushes. They also provide slippers and robes. Breakfast is good. They have a buffet and you can also order a la carte with no additional charge. They also provide water as much as you need. Infinity pool on the rooftop is awesome! Staff is nice and helpful. There are a few good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. If you are looking for something different than an all inclusive, I really recommend this hotel! We had a great stay!

There were many boats at the beach that were quite loud and also polluted the air.

The place and location were great and the service was amazing. Especially we enjoyed the breakfasts. Hotel left complimentary cake in the room for my birthday which was extremely sweet of them.

It could be quite loud, and you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. Food at breakfast and the restaurant wasn’t great for the price. We had to chase a few times to get extra bedding which we requested at check in.

Great location, two amazing pools, beautiful views. Hotel is adult only but their beach is shared however this didn’t affect us. We stayed twice during our holiday and thought the sea view room was spectacular. Smart TVs in the rooms was a great touch and the welcome fruit/cava too. They were helpful sorting out excursions through their sister hotel down the road.

Quite crowded on the beach and some broken sun beds but otherwise great. There was a private 18+ area both on the beach and by the pools so you could get away from the crowds.

Great facilities, beach fronting with nice soft white sands. Breakfast was really good you have the buffet and menu to choose from or both! Our room was ideal well air conditioned and very large comfy bed Really helpful staff all round

Only problem was the smell of sewage occasionally but I think it’s a general problem in the area.

It was amazing in terms of food, location and friendly staff. The beach is 30 seconds from the room. Overall I’m coming back ☺️.

There's nothing really going on in the area around the hotel, and the rooms are definitely not sound proofed which leads to a lot of early wake ups from housekeepers talking outside your room/other guests slamming doors. There was also a really, really loud sound of someone moving bins around each morning and each night. Surcharge of 10USD for room service which I wouldn't really expect in a 4* hotel.

The location is right on the beach, which is fantastic, and there was always sun loungers available by the main pool. Staff were all really pleasant! Very clean, even the products used smelt nice and no overpowering chemical smell. All restaurants were nice, not 5* but good enough. Breakfast (not included in price) is really good - pay one price for a la carte AND buffet. Nice touch with a welcome drink in reception, and the fruit and bottle of bubbly in room.

Location wise you can't get any closer to the beach, and there are a handful of restaurants a block away. We enjoyed breakfast at the Sky Bar every morning, definitely great value. Every interaction with hotel employees has smiles on both ends. Jhoanna surprised us with a bottle of champagne and fruit in our room.
