It was incredibly close to the water. If it were any closer you would already be swimming. It was about 50 meters to the water. I don't know where else you can stay at the price I paid. That combined with the nearby restaurants, friendly people and kiting made the entire stay a great experience.

We appreciated everything! I would just recommend having a bigger pan and cooking pot (only 1-person size items) as well as some instructions for the AC (took us a while to see it was digital and not with a remote) and the induction cooking top

The communication with the hosts was very easy and smooth. They were very accommodating. A few meters from Kite Beach. Spacious studio with a confy and large bed. The bathroom is well organised with hot water. Everything is included to enjoy the stay (water dispenser, blender, etc.). Very quiet studio (rare in the island).

Mark and Yesenia were excellent hosts - super responsive to questions and always accommodating. Location was perfect for me - a few steps from the kitesurfing action. Kitchen was small, but very functional. I only ate out twice (the two beach restaurants were very good) and cooked the rest of the time. Shower was great. Overall, a great value for a place that is basically right next to the beach. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Mark is a great host. He was very helpful. He provided a lot of suggestion, helped me to find my next stay etc. His place has all you need. It is clean, steps from the beach, quiet ..etc. I definitely recommend staying at his place.

Internet service was out so this was the only negative I have to say about my stay, everything else was quality and above so I would still give a three-star rating out of five not haveing TV due to internet loss but there are so many things to stay busy with and enjoy.

It would have been great if the room would have been cleaned, at least every two to three days, as it got quite dirty because of the sand. The apartment was also a bit too far out of Cabarete in our opinion (around 25-30 minutes walk).

Mark, the host, was super responsive and always available to help and answer our questions about the apartment but also the island in general. The apartment was clean, well equipped (including the kitchen), and the facilities (sun deck, swimming pool, access to the beach) were wonderful! The WiFi worked very well. We always felt safe in the complex, and the security and cleaning staff were always very helpful! It was a great deal for the price, we would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Has all the utilities that are needed. Next to the beach and close to the city (food area). It has access to a pool and there's a bar at the beach where you can have a good breakfast. Mark was very attentive and replied very fast. Very kind and helpful. Recommend to everyone!

Our contact person Mark, was fantastic! He was very thorough giving all the information for us and he even arranged our taxi from the airport to the accommodation. Very welcoming. We were two female travels and we felt very safe on site.

Nothing it’s absolutely perfect.

Right on the beach. Sandy walkable for hours. Friendly people from staff to other guests. Excellent little seaside restaurant attached. Catch a motorcycle taxi for 100 pesos or less to other beaches or to JANETS famous supermarket. Catch local mini buses 🚌 every 10 min to nearby cities for 100 pesos or less. Amazing! Room is fitted with extremely high quality accessories. Bed is massive and very comfortable. Shower pressure is perfect. Coffee machine, blender, dishes, mini stove top high quality electronic plate for cooking. Host was attentive responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

The fact that the owner sent a link to fill the E-ticket for immigration (entry and exit of the the country). Problem is that the link charge $10 when you can actually get the immigration e-ticket at no charge at the airport...

everything! the apartment had all kitchen facilities, toilet amenities, towels, drinkable water, coffe machine, all fully equipped!! even cable TV! wow!

I liked everything about it. mark was super easy to comunícate with and extra kind! he explained everything g in detail upon my arrival! the property was stunning, fantastic! renovated, cute, just by the beach, with all facilities, modern but cosy. AMAZING

The room was clean and well supplied. Access to the beach was excellent. Also support from the staff was always available and a brochure was provided with a summary and details of information to help with all aspects of spending time in Cabarete. I would definitely stay there again.

One minute walk to the beach, if that 🤩

The property is right next to the beach. It’s perfect for Kitesurfing.  you can swim in the pool and watch everybody Kitesurf. It was amazing.
