United StatesAlthough we were accommodated, it would have been nice to have access to regularly available items like and iron and ironing board. It was a little difficult to find the place. Lastly, we purchased the villa and upon arrival, the pull out couch for the loft was missing from the unit.
The on-site restaurant was very nice, the food was great, and the waitress was amazing. The pool area was very nice. We also loved all of the greenery around the property and it's location.

Large king bed was comfortable and internet worked ok but best in the breakfast area. bring bug spray and rent an ATV to go to the other beaches. the town nearby was super convenient to have open bars and restaurants. we loved the Yogen Fruz at Bon. Bring good bug spray!

SwitzerlandUnfortunately the woman at the reception is the worst client-facing person we ever met in a hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in the villa with private pool which is the most expensive room of the hotel and at this stage absolutely not worth the money. At the arrival the woman already gave us the coldest welcome and felt annoyed and rushed showing us our room. Maybe because some time later we found out that both showers were broken (one not working at all, the other one changing randomly from boiling hot to cold so it was impossible to take a shower). The reception ladies solution was that we either need to pull in the button all the time by hand while trying to take a shower or try to readjust the temperature every 10 seconds (turn on and off and gamble what temperature you get). We complained again the next day with the men at the reception which was so kind to give us keys to another room where we could take our showers the next days. The next day aI read a review from a guest staying the month before at the villa stating the same issue. So they clearly knew about it and should have mentioned something or try to fix it. But the lady acted as if she never heard of the problem and didn‘t offer any solution nor told anyone about the problem because we had to reexplain everything the next day. At the checkout day I was sick and we asked if it is possible to get a late checkout. The men again kindly agreed that we could stay in the small room we already used for showering. As soon as she showed up (30 minutes before official checkout) suddenly it was not possible anymore, because the room apparently was booked now (funny that the guy also working at the reception didn‘t seem to know about it and also their big plan of room occupation was empty for the following night, so clearly a lie). We had to rush and get our stuff ready which in a sick state isn‘t fun but we still made it. We were „allowed“ to stay outside of our room for the remaining 3 hours.

United StatesThere were a few bugs in the loft area that were pretty large and dead. Also found a small dead bug on the bed. I didn’t like that we asked for a later checkout due to us getting to the hotel late and only staying one day and we were denied the one hour. It is cash only so be prepared for that as well as that threw us off!
The property was absolutely gorgeous! Truly felt like I was in paradise. I would definitely stay again as the place itself was absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast was a 10/10!
