BrazilI believe it might be a problem in most resorts in Punta Cana, but the noise coming from hallway was quite loud. We stayed in another resort that was even worse.
Excellent Resort. The Staff is really friendly, specially in the World Cafe and the Hideaway beach bar!! Really confortable, quiet and a great choice for those looking for a place to rest with quality!

SloveniaHotel shop is too small. Then you need to take taxi and go to mall to buy like cigarets or watershoes. Game room should be bigger and better.
Breakfast was really good. You can watch the beach and the sea in the morning. There is allways nice breeze. They prepare eggs as you want them. Every wish is accepted.

The Mexican Restaurant Tres Colores, The Seaside Grill, and the snack stand all had great food. Juan R, Feliz, Arismendy, and Cristal at the Interlude Bar were the highlight of the trip. What that says about us as travelers is neither hear nor there.

United StatesThe bed was not comfortable. I also didn't realize that the preferred hotel was far from the beach. At least a 10-minute walk or you can be shuttled.
The facility was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. Vicente, Margarita, Nelson, John and Yasmery were fabulous!!! They made my trip so enjoyable!!!

United StatesSpa on the room balcony didn’t work. Hard time getting it to hold water. When it finally did, I pushed the button and all the water shot out thru the side of the tub onto the patio. Toilet seat room 5166 so loose it was dangerous.
Ok. Scrambled Eggs were like soup but there were enough alternatives. Coffee today was old and burnt.

Dominican RepublicNext time I will definitely recommend to upgrade to the preferred package so that I have access to some pools, amenities and restaurants that were only for Hyatt preferred members.
Upon arrival being greeted with Amazing staff ready with champagne and a cool rag with refreshing Eucalyptus was the most welcoming experience I have ever had!

United StatesWe had booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each of our 'garden' suites. I addressed this to the staff who told us that they ONLY have King beds in their suites and they could give us something on the first floor with 2 beds which would NOT be a suite. The reason we booked with this resort was primarily because it advertised 2 double beds in each of their suites. We were provided another rolling bed in the suite, which was terrible for sleeping. We were told we could use the sofa bed, which was no better. I just feel that this was a bait and switch. PLEASE don't advertise 2 beds if you don't have any.
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Place was kept very clean.

United StatesThe food could have been better. I wish there were better options on the pool slides. My six year old was too old for the baby section but too young for the bigger slides. That was very disappointing.
The beaches and the pool was excellent. The staff was superb. The drinks were always great. I love that the mini fridge was always well stocked.

ColombiaThe preferred area is though far from the beach and main restaurants and transportation is not easy. The regular are is extremely crowded. The waiting time for cars to get back to the preferred area from the beach are usually 20 minutes during daytime and more after 7pm. Another thing is that there are many private events happening at different locations on the hotel which limit enjoying the different facilities the hotel offer - in my case I couldn’t take the boat in the lake
The Preferred Hotel is amazing, beautiful, clean and away from noise of the regular one. Staff is very helpful and kind. The lake in the oreferred area is beautiful.

BrazilThe food was not on the same level as the hotel. The restaurants, specially the ones that require reservations, should improve the quality of the food and beverage.
The hotel is not big, which is a big advantage for us. The swimming pools are good, clean and well maintained. There are events with live music every night. The beach is safe and clean.
