Small hotel in an unspectacular street in the Zona Colonial of Santo Domingo. Simple room. Breakfast nothing special. What they claim to be a swimming pool is in fact no more than a large tub. Staff is friendly but speaks little or no English. OK if you are not expecting something special.

Not many negative points. Bathroom was slightly dark with just one light in the middle. While the breakfast was good, it could be served better. Everything was covered with the plastic wrap which served no purpose, because once it gets tangled, noone can put it back anymore. They would only make waffles if you asked for them which felt like a burdain. There could be more plates available, coffe jug could be larger, more fruit could be pre-cut etc. In general it was still OK, but could be better with slightly more effort.

Very modern, nice looking, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Great for the price. We asked staff where we could park, and they suggested a small parking lot available very close to the hotel for about 10$ per night. I would not suggest to leave the car on the street. Good breakfast. They had fruits, croissants, cake, toast, coffee, juice etc. You could even ask for fresh waffles.

The room the other couple stayed in had electrical problems, the air conditioner leaked, and the wifi, fan, and AC didn’t work.

Great location close to the city center and the walk by the ocean, very nice and helpful staff, nice rooftop, breakfast... 100% would come back there for a stop in Santo Domingo.

No elevator but the stuff was friendly to help me so was all good.

The room was very large, clean with wireless phone chargers and clima control. Walk-in shower and bathroom with soap were added value, though in Europe is standard. Well situated close to Ciudad Colonial, is easy to reach.

Good position, nice staff, nice room! Loved the breakfast served on the terrace! Room very new and modern.

The only negative was that there was no area to dry bathroom towels in the room, so they remained wet in the bathroom and we had to therefore ask for then to be changed daily, which wasn't environmental.

The room and location was perfect and withineasy walking distance of the Colonial Area. The breakfast was good too and the staff were very friendly.

The size of the pool seems to me a little bit small. Not for swimming, only cooling down, but with a great view.

the windows ( actually a glass wall) were overlooking on the corridor, so they were always closes with blinds = no sunshine, only artificial light.

The first day I had problem with de hot water but the next day the guy of maintenance resolved the problem.

Power outages are frequent, wifi signal was not very strong.

The location and room was very good, all the accommodations are very modern and clean. The room was very confortable and the privileged location helps us enjoy the colonial Santo Domingo even more. The staff was very friendly.

The have issues with the price , when you book is one price , when you arrive at the hotel it’s another price . It’s a sketchy and tricky .

The location of this area was great and the room offer aur conditioning, hair dryer and iron. Nice terrace at the rooftop of the building as a smoking area.
