Nothing. It was perfect. If I could have added one thing, it would be washcloths. However, we learned to shower without them, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Wifi was spotty. Cleaners stole money out of our room Sunday night and when the managers were told, nothing was done about it. They tried again on Monday and lied by saying they clean the rooms twice a day.

Entertainment waas mediocre.

Breakfast was excellent everywhere we tried. Room seervice was prompt. Highly recommend the continental breakfast tray at the elite breakfast area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at riu palacebavaro, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home right away. Reception never answers the phone when called multiple times. Rooms didn’t get cleaned till 2 Pm everyday. Restaurants were always a long wait minimum 40 minutes. Food was alright

Food is bad, rooms didnt seem too well cleaned, lack of toiletries, slippers and robes in bedrooms. The organization of new years eve party just didnt really make sense.

The food was absolutely terrible. Riu no longer accepts reservations in their specialty restaurants and we had to wait hours to get seated. Only got into two restaurants all week - the Italian and Asian restaurant. Food in both restaurants was extremely salty and inedible. The buffet had a few decent dishes but overall unimpressive. For $500+ a night over the holidays it was extremely overpriced for the dining experience.

Location was great. Excellent beach and pool. Nice entertainment and on site amenities.

The services are really mediocre. The hotel is disorganized. The check in took 70 minutes, as they could only see 1 out of the 2 booked rooms. The daily cleaning is forgotten at times, and when they do they sometimes forget to put towels. When you call the receptionist as there is no towel or no hanger, the receptionist does not support (says yes, but nothing happens). The spa did a no show despite paying and booking online and took 30 min to have them accept to reimburse (still not refunded 5 days after). The buffet is decent, but all other restaurants have more than an hour waiting to sit and an hour to get served and the food is the same as at the buffet. It is really sad to see such a beautiful property poorly operated. I would not recommend and Would probably not put a foot in a riu in the future.

There is a lot of mold in the rooms. Riu should invest in these things. We had two rooms and both were with a lot of mold everwhere. It could be dangerous

I didn’t like while we were checking in the lady told me one price then charged me something else which was more. I was an elite club member as well.

I liked the staff that was waiting on us. The room was nice. I feel like the water to our pool could’ve been warmer too cold especially we were on a shaded side.
