We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyI stayed at this apartment in Punta Cana, and it was an absolute nightmare. Here are the main issues we encountered during our stay: -Misleading Location: The property is advertised as being close to the beach, but it’s actually a 10-minute walk in an unsafe area. We didn’t feel comfortable going out at night due to safety concerns. -Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning in the first apartment didn’t work for two nights. Only on the third night were we moved to a new room where it finally worked. -Dirty Pool: The pool was filthy and clearly not maintained properly. -Poor Kitchen Facilities: There were barely any utensils in the kitchen, making it difficult to prepare meals. -Sewage Smell: The street outside reeked of sewage, and the smell even made its way into the apartment. -Unclean Room: The sheets were dirty, and the entire room felt unclean and poorly maintained. -Booking Issues: Upon arrival, we were given a completely different room from what we had booked. Initially, the reception claimed there were no other rooms available. Only after we complained did they provide us with the correct room. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise against booking this property. One star is generous for such a disappointing stay.
