I’m sorry I didn’t stay longer

This was just Amazing! Very kind and smoky host met us at 12:00 earlier than check in time. Apartment was just amazing: big living room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious room facing the ocean, clean, comfortable bed, nice swing on balcony. You have private beach with sunbeds much better than Bavaro beach. Everything you need for a great holiday. 11 stars out of 10.

The showered head is coming out of the wall. Not a big deal but other guests may want that fixed.

From the road to the building, you have to enter the gate and they have the construction, I guess another resort they are building but that is an easy fix, if you are going out just order the ride to go inside the gate, if you would like to walk outside, you can walk in the beach, walk until you see the Zoho beach restaurant and you are on your way out which I prefer to walk to.

First of all the location is amazing! The view is fantastic! It is beside all the resorts in the area which is easy to access.

The bed is hard, and the shower had mold and, therefore, smelled. The towels and sheets smelled too...

The host is extremely friendly and helpful, the condo has a private beach (very private), the location is just great! Beautiful view.

Amazing flat, extremely helpful host that goes out of his way to make you comfortable, every small detail has been thought. Even though it is inside a shared apartment, due to its balcony and bathroom, it offers full privacy. Internet is fast/stable to handle remote work. Fingerprint locks are a great worry-free addition to go for a swim without thinking keys.

Punta Cana is in new construction mode with many new resorts being built. This area is busy with construction and will be very nice when all construction is finished. We were glad the apartment was in one of the finished buildings.

This is a rare find for such a popular destination. My wife and I enjoyed taking walks on the beach and strolling to a wide selection of restaurants. Literally, right on the beach and with an excellent ocean view. We liked that it is not on the ground floor. A couple of flights of steps to get into the apartment. Very nice and comfortable bedroom with a well furnished shared living room and kitchen. Once again, we consider this a rare find for us while vacationing at Punta Cana.

Excellent location with access to a private strip of the beach. Restaurant and bar areas are within walking distance on the beach. Cesar, the manager, is super friendly and was very helpful with tips on what to do in the area and what trips to book. The apartment was exactly as shown on the fotos.

Excellent location, well equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and cosy environment in the apartment. Very nice and helpful host, easy and fast in communication. Service exceeded expectations. Really a treat for yourself.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The view from the room was directly to the beach and we could see sunrise in the morning. Our host was very helpful overall, especially with our baggage after we checked out because our flight was late.

The hot water pressure was a little low, so hot showers weren't available with high pressure. However, we chalked this up to an American expectation and rolled with it. Would still return, the property is great.

Cesar met us and checked us in. It was a little disconcerting at first driving past a construction site to get to the property, but it all worked out. The beach at the property is fantastic, and there are lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely no complaints about the place, the location and/or the host.

The place has an amazing view, right in front of Cortesito Beach, which is a great location. The condo is really nice, comfortable, just as described. Cesar was great, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back again

1. Safety is a joke. The swing on the balcony came off the ceiling while my girlfriend was sitting on it. She landed on the floor and the heavy metal chain holding the swing fell on her arm and bruised badly. When I brought it up with the owner his response was "I use it all the time, but it never happened to me". 2. Inaccessible access road. First of all, the 300m long access road from the main street is not paved. It's covered in gravel all the way and walking it isn't easy. Also, the security at the gate does not allow any strangers through, which forced us to walk 3 times more and enter from the beach side on multiple occassions. Calling a cab inside isn't an option either. On the day we checked out I walked all that distance with a 24kg luggage on my shoulder. That wasn't easy. 3. This property is cash only. This info is hidden between all the unimportant details at the bottom of the listing page. Due to the daily limit of the ATMs in the area I had to withdraw cash in 6 transactions over multiple days and each time I had to pay upwards of 3% in commissions. It would have been easier if we had known in advance.

The location was right on the beach.
