I’m a morning person so I would like to be able to go for a swim and use the steam room a bit earlier than 9 am

The property is a little run down

Great location. The Ocean view room was confortable and clean. Beautiful view of the malecon.Very good breakfast buffet with a big selection of national and international food. The Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Staff didn't answer my questions in the app on time. The room didn't have a bathtub as it was indicated. The hotel didn't give me the chance to choose my room.

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The beds are amazing. My favorite place to stay in Salinas.

The fact that even though I paid for all inclusive. There was no water, soda or juices in the refrigerator of both rooms. I thought that when you paid for all inclusive is because you want to stay in the resort. I had to go out at night to buy water and juices.

the hotel can provide a better experience for people who likes the beach. it was just what we expected. more variety of food will be good as well.

the many services that the hotel provides are worth the money you spend. the location. is great. i came during low season so weather wise was not perfect for me

Staff separated the family into two rooms in separate buildings far from each other. Wifi didn't work well. Room air conditioning was ancient and didn't work well. Water pressure was poor. Room's floor was dirty.

There is a rooftop club that plays loud music till 3 am. I could not sleep because the music was thunderous.

It is an old construction, needs a lot of work to be at the level that prices actually are at. Towels in bathroom were dirty and may not replaced before we came in.

The pictures are old. This place was old. Needs alot of work. Although we booked two nights, we left after one. The location and breakfast are good.

Wifi only worked well if you were close to the reception. Pools should be better maintained (found a lot of black mold)

The staff were very attent and eager to help. I arrived much earlier than expected and they let me check-in and use the gym (which has everything g you need and Inhad it all it all myself myself whole time I worked out there) for a couple of hours while room was being prepared. There was a sufficient variety at the buffet during all meals and some really delicious options. I love the fact that the only thing you can hear from the room is the sound of the sea. It was perfect for disconnecting and getting the peace and quiet that I needed even though it was only a few steps from the centre of the town. I got a great deal on booking.com when I booked a couple of mo that ago so it was really great value for money.

The front desk staff, The regular staff, The receptionist, the general manager Jose who was the most unprofessional hotel manager I've ever come across and my 40 years of traveling the world and it was just when you think it couldn't get worse it did again and again. And the lies and the promises during my whole day were just incredible. I should have recorded every moment however I did record the head security guard at night threaten me with bodily harm. It got so intense that the US Embassy is now involved. Photos of: The toilet trash can the pool towel I wanted to use to lay down on the floor to straighten my back that had brown stains on it. Of what? I don't know and didn't want to find out The broken safe the unplugged fridge that was empty no wifi in the room and to move my table outside in the hall in order to get a signal AND the night time security guard that threatened me with violence. I called the reception and nobody picked, so after 3 hours I hung up and the guard shows up

Absolutely nothing The place was filthy. I had to call the front desk which is not 24 hours all Night Long to get them to take out filthy towels filthy garbage cans filthy everything, That was there before I got to the room. It is supposed to be the best hotel in Salinas I don't think so, Especially when it comes to the staff. They were just unacceptable to be working in the hotel business
