This might be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It's a small chain, but the rooms are gorgeous, shuttle service was great, staff were awesome and the bed was super comfortable. We ate at the restaurant as well and it was fantastic! I wish there were more of these, seems to be mostly based in Venezuela.

Mixed up meeting times for arrival at airport and shuttle back to hotel. Don't know what caused that to happen,

Sensor lights are a little tricky 😅

EB is convenient to the airport, roughly 10 minutes away, which is the reason I chose to stay. They have a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Relaxed at the bar, and was appreciative of the bartender, Euvi Marin, whose English was better than my Spanish, but he allowed me to practice 🤗. Good bar service, excellent food.

Nothing I can think of. Little far from the main city made us spend more time on the taxis. But, hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Close to the airport and their shuttle service made easy for in and out of the airport. I would recommend the say. This hotel is more designed for business travelers and events. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Thank you.

Haha. It rained, so I couldn't go swimming. Hehe.

The bed had four pillows varying from soft to harder. Never experienced this before in a hotel. Awesome. Super nice staff all the way around.

I find it a bit strange that they don't have napkins in the room. For a hotel with this price, I am also expecting free slippers. Additional, they don't have universal adapters in all the plugs, only one plug had a universal adapter. Because of this extreme security, it delayed us for a few minutes because we came with Uber. The breakfast was a bit too boring & too standard. I need a little bit passion for the matter of breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels, it is more of less the same breakfast as they offer in most hotel. They claim that they offer high speed internet, which is not true, it is only 20-30 Mbit connection, in my home country, I have 1000 Mbit. 20-30 Mbit/s is a speed that was acceptable for 10-15 years ago and considered as a high speed.

The Airport has an extremely high level of security. I liked the that the room was in a perfect size. The hotel made us feel comfortable. I enjoyed staying there, although we stayed there for one day.

Excellent customer service, I was really impressed with the hotel facilities and the staff, as well ass an excellent shuttle to the Airport.

The lights in the bedroom were modern however I never figured out how to get just a reading light on (maybe that was me). I'm sure if I called the front desk they could have sent someone to help. The front desk and other staff spoke mostly Spanish and were not always able to understand or speak much English so it was a slight bit challenging.

The room was huge and really well laid out and comfortable. The showers were great and beds super comfortable. It was great to have a good restaurant in the building too. The complimentary breakfast was very good also. I appreciated that they still offered a computer for guests in the business centre (having broken my phone). When I required some assistance the staff quickly responded.

Wonderful customer service. They upgraded us to a suite. The facilities were wonderful. Beautiful roses in the lobby. Great restaurant. The arepas were very good.

The staff is SO kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service is excellent. They met with with a sign at 9:30 and 11:00 pm and had early AM shuttle service. So helpful - helps take the stress out of travel. While there is not much of touristic interest at the location, it is peaceful and close to the airport. The restaurant is also nice.

There’s a lot of blackouts during the night, they do have a generator but the lights kept switching on and off during the night. Even when we switched off the switch and even took out our hotel key card, lights kept coming on. Hope they fix that soon!

Super deluxe hotel, 5 min from airport with free shuttle. Great bed/mattress, amazing double shower with a seat in the shower.

I wished the pool stayed open later as it was closed both evenings when we arrived.

The property is very conveniently located to the airport for late arrivals or early departures. The rooms are very comfortable and I particularly loved the shower. The restaurant is excellent with very good service and excellent food.
