The only thing that is not the best is that the hotel is a bit far from the city!! But it is really close to the airport!!

The hotel is really good, and it has great service and check-in done in no time. The food is also really tasty! And the room, great, with a lovely view of the mountains , and a really nice bathroom.

We arrived very late at night and hotel was very convenient. Shuttle waiting was great. Standard higher end room, excellent facilities, very clean. Included buffet breakfast, which was outstanding! Nice to be able to leave the property for a brief walk.

The light switches were difficult to identify and use. Some were motion activated. Some were placed too low, or in unexpected places.

As an introductory offer, they upgraded my room to a suite. It was huge.

The service of the stuff is great.! The hotel is so near to the airport. The facilities are really good.

Nothing. one piece of advice to travellers: the airport shuttle appears to run on request only rather than regularly. When booking, therefore, guests should therefore give the hotel their flight number as well as their expected time of arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes’ drive from the airport. The room was spacious — we received an upgrade at no extra charge — and was well equipped with bath robes, slippers and hair dryer. Breakfast was included and was excellent: omelette or fried eggs, plus a buffet of cheeses, ham, fruit, pastries and a choice of juice. we ate dinner there to, and were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, professional and invariably helpful. This appeared to us to be better option than the other Quito airport hotels.

This hotel is fabulous! The room is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is very nice and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. This is my second stay here for an overnight in Quito and I actually booked an afternoon flight out just so we could enjoy the hotel a bit longer. It’s more expensive than others nearby but it’s worth it!

Everything was perfect.

We loved everything. This hotel was perfect. They even gave us an upgrade to a suite! The resteraunt is great, the staff, the gym, the pool. And the price was great. If you need to stay next to the airport this is the best place.

the coffee in the rooms is abysmal, the shampoos and body lotions are in single use plastic tubes—environmentally irresponsible and the food quality in the dining room is very mediocre.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful with our early check-in. The hotel is beautiful, breakfasts have plenty of choices and delicious. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel near the Quito airport.

Some of the taxi's in Cumbaya did not know where the hotel was located.

The staff were excellent and all spoke English, which was a bonus. The restaurant service and food were well beyond the normal!

The dinner menu could be improved.

We were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff and were granted a free upgrade to an executive suite, which we very much enjoyed. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The free shuttle to the airport came very handy and worked well (except once where we were charged 10 dollars without having been informed). Very good hotel close to the airport.
