I had trouble returning the keys since the key locker or fob wasn’t working, but luckily, a kind cleaning lady was there to help, and I was able to leave the keys with her.

Great apartment in the old town, has everything we needed. Short walk to see the sights. Comfortable bed, clean linen, kitchen had all the basics. Washing machine was great.

It had no oven only a stove top. This made cooking for a family difficult and as 2 people in our group who were coeliac, we had difficulty eating out and a by not having a oven made cooking hard

The property was amazing and perfect location for a family. Being in the centre there was no noise, supermarket was a 5-10 min walk. Highly recommend and would definitely go back

The location of the apartment is great, it is well equipped, very clean and was at least suitable for our family of five. The staff is friendly and easily reachable if the needed. Self-service check-in and check-out is easy and fast with clear instructions. Lovely window view!

Had to walk through the building’s trash area to get access to the stairway that goes to the apartment. It was winter so there was very little smell but can see this being a concern in the summer heat.

Maybe a little style of substance - plugs in odd places, glass door on the bedroom let light in at sunrise, upstairs (twin room) is open and has no door so noise from the living area travels up. No headboards on twin beds which makes it uncomfortable to read or relax in bed. Stairs aren't suitable for younger children. I would recommend to friends if travelling without children

A beautiful, modern apartment on the main square with a view over Town Hall. The location was central with all attractions, supermarket and restaurants a stones throw away. The kitchen was well stocked (apart from a bread knife). Clear instructions for easy check in and contact from the owners to check everything was OK.

A beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Old Town. You couldn't ask for a better location! Plenty of facilities for cooking and the Rituals toiletries smelled amazing. The sauna was fantastic - small, but perfect for 2 people. A real treat after a day exploring Tallinn in sub-zero temperatures. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very spacious apartment in the best location, especially if you want to live in the center. Because it doesn't get any more central. Despite this, the apartment was quiet and pleasant. The bedroom faces the courtyard, so sleeping is comfortable. Key collection is thoughtful and simple, just follow the instructions. The equipment was excellent, we didn't miss anything. Oh, and the main bonus - a sauna. An invaluable addition during a winter stay.

TV did not show any channels. We were 3 persons who wanted own rooms. Unfortunately there were no sheet for the sofa bed. I'm sure both issues would have been fixed but unfortunately we noticed them 11.30 in the evening and did not test the system.

The apartment was really nice, functional, clean and had all the features we needed. Best is the location, right in the middle of the old city.
