Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In fact, it's a lovely, quiet and cozy, clean hotel. They immediately noted the cleanliness and comfort. A very tasty breakfast for different tastes, both sweet and salty table, including healthy ones. The ratio of cost to services received is 110%. We trulu like the hotel!.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking there, it was really bad. At the breakfast table there weren’t enough seats for everybody so a couple was standing with their food, waiting for someone to finish. They waited for quite a long time, so we asked them to join us. I think the staff should have let them go to their room or to the leisure area nearby, as their food was getting cold.
It was clean, food was good.

Keep in mind that there is no fridge or safe in the room in case you want to store some food or leave your belongings safe in the room while you are exploring the city. The room overall is relatively small and the view from the room is just another building/hotel, but not a big dealbreaker for us.
This is my 2nd stay here. Quick check-in with friendly receptionist. The room was comfortable, clean and good value for money in winter period. Hotel is located in a quiet place and not too far from city center with 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest bus station. We enjoyed the breakfast as well which was included in the price. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here.

Perhaps a shelf in the bathroom as toilettries had to be put on the floor as the shower room was a wet room. However shower was good.
Nice and clean hotel. Good communication. Lovely breakfast. Liked the idea of personalised key codes for room. There was a terrace and small sitting area too. Beach 10 minute walk away and old town 20 minutes.

* The hotel is quite ran down and unmodern, e.g. broken bathroom door, no sockets near bed and weak wifi in the end of the corridor (where our room was located). * There is no staff at site in evenings and night and no phone number which makes it difficult to clarify simple things or to deal with other guests partying hard through the night. * Most staff members do their job and are polite and flexible when you ask something, but don't initiate a greeting or conversation.
* The location, with a 5-minutes walk to the beach and nearby café, restaurants and activities, is great. * The breakfast has a great variety, is fresh and smooth. No changes from day-to-day. * Smooth entry to the hotel and rooms with a code.

It was challenging to understand the actual location of the property. The hotel is at Tammsaare 24 B, while the apartments are located at Lai 15. No door code was sent via SMS as mentioned in the email. Instead, you need to go to the hotel first to collect the key and then head to the apartments, which are 1.5 km away.
Good breakfast. New and cozy apartments. Good location. Very good value for the money
