2 Minor items: Room AC doesn't go below 22C. I prefer a cooler room temp of 19C. Coffee machine taste is a bit off. I preferred the drip coffee instead.

Excellent hotel. Great experience over two nights in Tallinn. Superb location. Friendly staff. Exquisite rooms. Adequate breakfast with good variety.

Breakfast should always start at 7 am. or at least 7:30 - was a problem for making early travel connection.

Breakfast was wonderful. Disappointed that only opened at 8 on weekend. That was a little hiccup. Very accessible location. No problems. It was not noisy, very peaceful....

I called up in the morning around 11 am after the housekeeping cleaned the room to request that the body wash be refilled. Apparently, the housekeeper was not able to check the contents of the body wash. When we came back around 2pm, the body wash bottle was still empty. We informed the reception to remind the housekeeping. Around 5 pm, it was still empty and went to the reception again to remind about the body wash bottle. Around 10 pm when we came back from dinner, it was still empty. Good thing, we bought artisan soaps as souvenir from Olde Hansa store so we just used one soap from that haul instead of waiting for the housekeeping to refill the bottle. As expected, no body wash until we checked out.

A lovely hotel with great staff and location. The room was great and although it overlooked a busy nightclub it was very quiet The hotel was very clean and quiet.

Great value hotel in fabulous location in the Old Town; most sites within walking distance but taxis easy to arrange for further out places of interest. The room was clean and very spacious and the bed very comfortable; we both slept well during our stay. Also plenty of storage if you are staying longer. Hotel breakfast was perfectly fine, plenty of choice and never overly busy when we went. It was also very easy to find from the bus stop from the airport; in fact, the easiest hotel ever! Would definitely stay here again if I ever returned to Tallinn.

The bathroom is quite small. There is not space where we can place our personal effects. The carpet can benefit from washing. There was a bit of a musty smell. There are not enough electrical power outlets by the bedside. Only one side of the bed has one power socket. Also, there is only a single elevator which could get busy during peak times. The coffee maker may need replacement. It did not work most of the times. It would be great if they also upgrade the room TV to newer models.

The location is fantastic. It is close to all the tourist attractions in the old town. I like that there is a grocery store nearby and lots of options for restaurants and cafe . Tram and bus stops are also within walking distance from the hotel.The breakfast has good amount of options. Checking in and out was fast. The room is spacious enough. Panorama of the old town can be viewed from the room’s window. There is a personal fridge and a coffee maker. They make up the room everyday unless you indicated not to.

Sound proofing could be improved.

There was no laundry available for the guests to use, only the hotel's per-piece laundry/dry cleaning service. The reception staff did try to research for me where there was a local laundromat I could use, but came up empty because everything was closed on the holiday weekend.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the edge of the old town, so you're walking distance from everything and only have to haul your suitcase over the cobbles for a little way. The hotel itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. The room (superior) was large and I liked being able to open the windows. The bathroom was also large and the shower was an OK pressure. There were water bubblers for guests to use, which was really useful, and the staff were always lovely. The breakfast was pretty varied, with labels for lactose and gluten content, but I asked for GF bread as was instructed on the buffet but it never arrived.

The small refrigerator is not cold at all. It is just a box.

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the Old Town. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. The staff was always helpful and polite.

The location was ideal for visiting the old part of the city. There are trams and buses nearby to take you elsewhere if required. The staff were friendly and the restaurant very good and reasonably priced.
