Perfect location for exploring old town. Very near to Tallin town hall square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel provided us sandwich upon check out at midnight for our 3.30am flight. They allowed us to chose preferred room.

A bit noisy at weekend nights as our room was looking out to the street with a nightclub. Towards the end of the allocated breakfast time, the choice of food was somewhat limited.

City centre location at a reasonable price. A decent size room (superior), clean, the hotel was in a good condition in general.

It's a classic and elegant hotel with pretty room and helpful staff. The bed is comfortable. Location is also good, close to the main places to visit.

We arrived Tallinn on the Day of Restoration of Independence, and the experience was very pleasant. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us the key points of interest on the map. It was apparent that cars were not allowed in the old town area. Luckily Bolt, a ride-sharing service, could conveniently drop us off very close to our hotel.

If you have a room facing the nightclub, opposite, it can be noisy at night on the weekend. Of course my irritation at their revelry might just be jealously.

Ideal location for Tourist attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comprehensive breakfast choice. Room comfortable, good size with modern bathroom suite

My room needed updating. The bathroom showed significant wear. More importantly, only one bedside table had an adjacent electrical outlet; traveling couples will have multiple electronic devices & need commensurate facilities for convenient in-room charging. Also, the apples set out for breakfast were literally rotten. Breakfast was otherwise good. In the grand scheme of things, these aren’t huge defects. I’d happily stay here again.

Location is excellent. Dinner in the hotel restaurant (Mix) was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The carpet in our room needed replacing and the bedside tables were too low. We asked a receptionist to book dinner for us and thought it had been booked, but when we went to have dinner that evening were told it was fully booked. The dining room is too small.

The location was great and we had a good sized superior room with mini bar. We loved all the art work and the jazz.
