Lamp cover fell just before departure from ceiling,very unexpectedly. Hot water isa very big problem at this hotel, it changes several times a minute from steam hot to ice cold

We missed having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast we thought was a little dull. The water temperature in the shower went from hot to cold and back to hot at random.

Great rooms with stunning bathrooms. Services are excellent. Breakfasts were amazing. Location is just perfect. Everything is so close - Pubs, Restaurants, Interesting places and other entertainments.

Breakfast choices (juices, bread, cold cuts, cheese, little fish...) are a little on the limited side- this point might improve.

Extremely comfortable room, great view and 10 points for cleanliness :) The location is possibly the best ever, making it accessible to everything you may need while visiting lovely Tallinn. It is hard to find something not perfect about this hotel :)

Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options and gets boring after a 5-night stay. We had a street view room and it tends to get a bit noisy in the early hours due to workers shovelling snow and machinery; thankfully the hotel offers noise cancelling ear plugs. Also, it sucks that you have to pay for the use of the spa, usually this is included for free in the price. Wifi is a bit slow as well, and at times we had no connection.

The hotel is very close to the center; christmas market, shopping malls, restaurants and ice skating rink. We had a problem in our room and the staff were very helpful and upgraded our room. The room was spacious and with a good view. TV had English channels. We were celebrating an anniversary during our stay, staff prepared a little surprise in our room (champagne and chocolate and a personalised note) which we really appreciated :)

A small detail: sauna is not included in the room price. I had the impression it was. Sauna is also not cheap there, but at least is private.

Great location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, cozy rooms, helpful reception. Good buffet breakfast with nice selection and reception offered to pack us a breakfast when we needed to leave before it started one day. We rented the sauna for an hour on a very chilly evening which was a fun experience - shower, sauna, jacuzzi, two sun loungers, robes in private room (only wish they would have allowed us to take the robes provided to the room until we checked out) - we were also able to get drinks from the bar next to the sauna to bring in, and then another drink on the way out to bring up to our room. :) Reception called us a cab for a very early morning pick up (when trying to get Uber, was having issues selecting hotel as pickup spot, so taxi is the way to go) which was helpful.

No complementary water, no tea and coffee making facilities in room we asked reception one evening to bring tea to room, to be informed after 20 min they could not find the tea!

Nothing! We were really happy with our choice and loved our stay in Tallinn!

We loved our stay at My City Hotel. The location was excellent, right in the Old Town. We were just a few minutes' walk from Kiek in de Kok, Viru gates and the Town Hall Square. Breakfast had a lot of options and we enjoyed the sauna. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was helpful. We were upgraded and found a small gift of chocolates in our room for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.

We specifically requested airport transfers with two children’s seats for our 1- and 4-year old children. Neither transfer to/from the hotel had children’s seats, and the transfer driver said they don’t even have children’s seats available.

Great location near the town square and other historic sites with many nearby restaurants. Affordable room rates with clean facilities and an amazing, diverse breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location in Old town Tallinn, nice staff and safe parking in back of hotel. 100% Recommended if you looking for good standard hotel and great location to explore Old Town in Tallinn also hotel staff was really helpful with ferry bookings in city harbour :) thank you
