Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainIf there was a kettle in the room and a small fridge it would have been totally perfect.
Great location right near the train station. Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower.

United KingdomLocated right next to the train station, so very convenient if you arrive or depart by train. The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was very good with a wide selection, and also starts at 7am every day, which is useful if catching an early train. The staff were helpful and there was no problem leaving my back during the day.

NetherlandsWe stayed during the hottest week of the season. The bedroom doesn't have A/C, only the living room with sofa bed has A/C, but they do provide a fan. Breakfast was very minimal.
Location wise, close to the historical city center - walking distance to the the Kiek in de Kok Museum (Bastion tunnels) are 12 mins away going uphill. Free parking available just next to the hotel. Even though it is situated in front of train station, we didn't hear any noise from the station (our room is facing the old town, not the train track).

Latvia- nice location in forest, but impssible to get there and back, if you dont have own car or organized group transport. No taxi, no uber, no buss, no hotel lift service or any other transport if you arrive by train. The same is to get back to city - only 2 options are: to pre order taxi (at lease 2 hours before) directly to Brussels, which costs 75 euros, or walk 30 minutes through forest to train station. -no hair condition, body lotion, tooth paste, or any other of necessirity ittems that hotel for 220 euros a night should provide.

AustraliaThere was an air conditioner in the lounge area but not in the bedroom but the cooler air did float through. Still very good for a 3 star hotel and very well priced.
The hotel was very busy with a motor bike convention. The staff were efficient, calm and accommodating. I asked for a high floor to get a good old town view and received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite on the top floor. We were very happy.

United KingdomHotel is next to track 1 where many diesel trains park pumping diesel exhaust into the room if the wind is blowing the wrong way and window is open. No A/C in the room just heating, room was excessively hot, although this won't be an issue most of the year, and staff did bring an additional fan to the room. Only one pillow per bed isn't enough, why not leave extra pillows in the room to avoid asking at reception? Additional bed was left flat packed in the corner, disappointed this wasn't set up for guests.
Great location, couldn't be better for exploring Tallinn old town Handy for the train station Room was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly

LithuaniaNoise from the street (if the window is open) not really terrible, but there is some, also no conditioner, would be problematic for hotter days. Would be cool to make arrangements in showers that it wouldnt get wet everywhere in the bathroom when showering.
Very good location, right next to the train station, few minutes away from old town, coffee, marketplace, shops, places to eat - all within the reach of hand. Comfortable beds, free parking. Overall, deffinitelly would come once again if in Tallin.
