Weird economy on details - not a single clothes hanger, no wardrobe, just one lonely towel hanger in the bathroom. Absence of all these small things has a big impact on the overall comfort experience.

No, nothing really.

Everything was very nice. The staffs were particularly professional and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. The place was easy to reach, sitting next to the train station, yet not noisy at all.

I expected more facilities, like a pot. Administrator asked the housekeeper bring. she did it. But as for me I felt not very comfortable if I ask something… There are no sleepers (you can buy it for additional price).

The most important that I like most of all - a free parking place. The second one - is a location: very close to the historical center and the shop (open at 7AM - very comfortable if you check out early). At the third place I would like to mention wonderful administrators at the hotel: very nice people who helped us in any questions.

The breakfast was okay and didn't have alot of options. The room didn't have an ironing board, fridge, 1 pillow per person, and our room had a weird odor.

The location was GREAT! Our room had a wonderful view of Old Town that we could walk to. We could stream movies on the TV.

I was nicely surprised how quiet it was, also very modern and clean, with such an easy access to the train station. We stayed with a dog and it was nice to have small things prepared for it.

Room was very noisy although I stayed on the seventh floor (that I requested because I read the reviews about noise). Breakfast wasn't too good. Looked like bedding wasn't changed before me - the bed was full of hair.

Was not able to check in online like they sent me in info email. When I arrived, had to wait 15 minutes, because their sistem somehow cancelled one of my booked rooms. Staff was nice and tried to solve this problem. Wen we get to rooms, it was ok but later noticed, that windows sills let air through (gets cold when windy, not sealed properly). Also beds were soft, but they served their time, because if you wanted to sleep on bed side, you just rolled to center. Bathroom was bit unpractical and stinked as sewerage. And walls were bit too thin.. My room was on station side, i berely heard trains, but heard every step from next door room. Also when you step in elevators, it felt like someone before me left fart there to die. General cleanliness is required in my opinion.

We did not like our room. False advertising- we paid for room with one double bed (we paid more for this option) but we got standard room with two beds. If we would know that they don't have these options anymore, we would book different place to stay. Walls in room was dirty, mirror was dirty, one of blankets had a dirty spot as well. If you wanna use shower you will need to use one of your two towels to clean floor, because bathroom will flood, and you will not be able to step there with dry feet.

We loved location, very easy access, parking and old town just few minutes away. Breakfast was good, there was options to choose from and everything was tasty.
