Everything went just fine.

Polite staff. That's a big plus. My room was on the 7th floor and had an enjoyable view. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was relaxing.

I liked everything!

The breakfast was amazing even though there were a lot of people because of a wrestling competition. The rooms were very clean and you could ask for daily cleaning if you need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was an extra pillow. The price of the rooms was amazing! The staff were so friendly and they did everything i asked them for! The hotel is very close to a train and bus station and the old town!

The rooms are old and dated (reminds of oldfashioned kids camp...). The breakfast area was very small and crowded.

We needed to take an early train, so location right next to the train station was perfect. It was very quiet.

Floor heating was not working in our bathroom so it was really cold there. Also there were no hot water in the faucet. Elevator was not working when we got to the hotel, but luckily it was fixed quite fast.

Location is good next to railway station and Telliskivi. Breakfast was also pretty good. Beds were good and hotel is pretty quiet so I had a good sleep there.

My new favourite hotel in Tallinn! I have to stay over for a night from time to time before taking train home to Tartu, and this is so far the best price-quality combination!

Everything was good. The location is perfect: near the main station and old town. The family room is well equipped. The hotel stuff is very helpful. Breakfast is very nice.

The hotel was not as clean as we had anticipated. There was a lot of dust and lint under the bed. The breakfast was okay-ish at best. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, or even a water bottle in the room.

The old town is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the old town square is less than a 10-minute walk away. The heated floor in the bathroom was very convenient. You can get to the supermarket from within the hotel.

The design of the bed. The mattress itself was very comfortable, however, when you sit up in bed to read, there is a board behind your head which makes sitting up somewhat awkward. It's a bed that's perfect for lying down but not so good for sitting up. I don't know if that was only the bed in my room or if all the beds are like that.

The staff were very polite. The view from the room was very nice. Especially the overall staff politness -- they permitted us to check in about an hour early -- that factor motivated me to give the accomodation a 10.

Stayed here overnight while waiting a train from Balti Jaam. It's a great place just for this purpose: right next to the station, clean and modern, not expensive one, although the Old City is in walking distance. There are really large family rooms available. Will definitely stay here again when I need an overnight stay in Talllinn

The apartment rooms, on the 3rd floor, get a lot of noise pollution.

I did like the breakfast and the location of the hotel in the center of Tallinn, despite the fact, that the hotel was located in the city center, the street noise did not enter the room, the room was pleasantly quiet and comfortable.

Bed - when booking I chose queen size bed, but what we got was twin beds pushed together which meant no cuddling with my partner as there was basically a "hole" in the middle of the bed Noise - we were on the 5th floor, but we still got a decent amount of road noise from the outside

The room we stayed is was right in front of train station so if you have light sleep you wake up together with the first train departing. Also the hotel as facing problems with the "card keys" to access each room.. so the cards to open the rooms were not working and every time we had to enter the room we had to talk to the front desk so they could come up with us and also open the room. About breakfast: I'm not a picky person for breakfast and i'm super easy to please when it's about food, but the breakfast was really disappointing and not tasty at all. Buy pastries from Rimi would be more delicious than the breakfast we ate (and it was the same option everyday. And the pillows are too thin... so putting 2 pillows on each bed would help to sleep with a little more comfort. Lastly the wifi was not working,
