Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaThey only speak English at the reception. It was cold in the rooms, about 19 degrees. Even when I set the heat to higher, it didn't heat up. The room was not completely clean. The bed was not very comfortable. But there was complete silence in the room. Breakfast average.

MozambiqueIf I could think of one bad thing, it could be the shower head which could be changed, as the one from our room did not have enough water coming out. The setting was on the highest one, but still there was almost no water coming out. But other than this, everything was amazing.
It is a very nice hotel with excellent central location. The room we got was with view towards the old town, and it was quiet, even though it is a busy street. The cleanliness was superb, and the modern design suits the Tallinn scene. Beds were very comfortable, and the staff members were very friendly and willing to assist if help was needed. Will be returning to this place for sure.

FinlandThe room was really cold and the aircondition machine didnt work properly. The was no minibar/fridge in the room. The biggest disapointment was the customer service. We asked during booking if we could pay for later check out, and the hotel send an email saying we need to ask about it in the day of check-out, because they can not promise availability. Second time we asked for later check-out was during check-in and the reception gave us the same answer. But when we went to ask couple hours earlier for the later check-out, the receptionist was very rude and said that later check-out had to be bought during check-in. The receptionist was not cooperative and she didnt even tell us why we couldnt buy later check-out. We hope that in the future that the hotel staff wont give us different instructions.
It was clean and newly renowated. spacious room with good view.

FinlandLow water pressure of the shower. Some people was idling their cars so engines caused irritating low noises early in the morning. Bit chilly in the room. I made a reservation for 3 (2 adults and a 6yo) but there were only 2 blankets and 2 pillows.

EstoniaI'd have to say there was nothing that really bothered me. One thing might be that the room was really cold upon arrival, escpecially the bathroom floor, but I turned on floor heating, so that fixed itself in an hour. Would have been nice to take a shower right upon arrival though. But it's understandable, since my stay was in the middle of 2022 energy crisis.
A good standard breakfast. The times for breakfast are really long, so you don't have to wake-up super early to get food. I travelled witha dog, so them accepting pets was really important for me. It cost a little extra (15€) to have the dog stay, but I'd say it's worth it, with the city center AND a park being so close. A big plus is free parking at the location.

Latvia# Room was connected with side room by door, and person from another room entered ours in the morning. It was uncomfortable situation. # I hit the head twice, when wanted to sit in the bed. # Small choice in breakfast, tasteless omlett. # You can hear noise from side rooms and hallway. # Thin blankets + room temperature didnt regulate properly. # Bathroom and it's floor was cold. # In the morning the pressure of the shower was small and was not able to regulate it hotter. # Parking lot is without security, if you will arrive late, it can be hard to find a place.
# very good location # nice staff # comfortable bed # room was clean # we didn't hear much noise from railway # can leave the car for 24h for free

United StatesDidn’t hear the noise from the outside, but heard lots of noises from the hallways, and the room above. Next to none soundproof. After the midnight a person opened my door with the key that staff assigned to him. Woke me up and I couldn’t sleep half of the night because of that! Nothing was done about it, not even a sorry from the staff. Breakfast was ok,nothing great, just enough basic food.
The room was clean and had everything I needed. Perfectly located, right at the train station. That was the main reason I booked it.

LatviaAt this price point, not much to dislike. Great value for money.
Asked for a train station building side room and never regret it. Lovely view overlooking Telliskivi, Balti Jaama market and trains. Handy location, trains, buses and trollybusses nearby heading all directions. Despite being at the very heart of train station, no noise from trains in the room. Spacious breakfast room. Classic breakfast with some extras, like two types of fish, cottage cheese. Clean, spacious apartment with wooden panel decoring. Clean, well lit bathroom. Shower with single body-shower-soap, plenty of towels.

EstoniaSometimes it might take quite a while of waiting if you arrive after midnight. The door is closed between midnight and 6 AM, you have to ring the doorbell and wait outside.
My home away from home - Go Shnelly has been my first choice in Tallinn for years. The hotel has excellent location next to Old Town and train station, it is easily accessible by bus and tram. A supermarket, farmer's market and cosy cafes are all within a minute's walk. Also very close to Kalamaja and Telliskivi. At the same time the hotel is surprisingly quiet (at least the rooms on higher floors). Lovely and helpful staff at the reception. Cosy rooms and great views from upper floors.

FinlandThe bathroom accessories was lacking their presence; no shampoo, no conditioner (not even those single packages), just basic soap dispenser at the wall. There was a tea kettle on the room, but no tea or instant coffee for your use, not even cups for it. I ordered an additional sparkling wine from after sales marketing emails, but it never arrived (as they answered to my feedback due the night, they try to deliver it at night time?).
The breakfast was kind of basic; oat meal, eggs, bread, juice, coffee/ tea and so on, so pretty decent for 8,5€. The view from the road side room was quite nice, as you can see the Old town of Tallin. The rooms are quite basic, new and clean, with no extra perks.

GeorgiaStaff definitely needs the service+ training. One thing is to say No to the guest, another thing is HOW to say no. They didn’t even bother to seem at least a little worried about any of our issues. Don’t be fooled by the ‘toiletries’ in the list of included benefits - you will only find the liquid soap and you’ll get ripped off in case of any additional request (e.g. slippers, tooth brushes, etc.) - they required 2€ for a one-time use pair of slippers 😅. And please consider it’s NOT that budget hotel by its price. We found the notification of the lack of hot water for the whole day and although we were getting messages from the hotel prior to our arrival, no one ever bothered to mention this to us. Room was extremely small and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was quite poor.
The location is really good. Located next to the railway station and right in front of the park.
