I would suggest better mattress as the one inside the house was way too soft, same goes for pillows. Thought it’s very personal and might not suit everyone, otherwise bed was comfy. I would suggest to replace “sofa” with the proper sofa so it could have some purpose otherwise it’s not comfortable to sit and it just occupies space.

Perfect stay! Booked first one night but ended up booking two more. It was amazing private location, the host was superfriendly. The Sauna was to die for! Extra bonus for very comfy bed.

As a coffee lover, I would have liked more pods for the fabulous coffee machine.

Great little hideaway, perfect for two. Fold down bed was extremely comfortable. The sauna was fantastic after a quick dip in the marina. We used the bus to get in and out of Tallinn. The bus stop was very close and the service is regular and reliable.

Few little things like loose toilet, during night outside light turns on and off on it’s own (but turning it off from fuse box helps this matter) If you have arachnophopia this place it’s not for you. There is a lots of them outside :) Extra deck chair would be nice so two people can enjoy sunset.

Boat was not at the described gate, but as the port was empty in winter, it was very easy to find, even in the dark.

Cute houseboat with sauna and exceptional view of the small port area. The front door does not have a curtain, so if you leave the sauna next to it, you should not be shy :)

the bed was hidden in the wall and it took us a while (jet lagged) to find it! and sauna instructions would be helpful! as well as a mosquito net!

stunning location we swam off the boat! no one around very quiet and private! (we stayed mid week) unfortunately we arrived later than planned and did not have time to make a sauna!

Really enjoyed our short stay in here. The bed folds down from the wall. It's a good bed. There is a small Sauna inside, that we used. Loved it Really enjoyed this one, i definitely recommend to try this out😃👍

When I booked the house, I chose the number of guests 2 adults + child 11 years old. The system quietly missed such a number of guests. But in reality, the house is designed for two guests. There are only two comfortable beds. The number of cutlery is also for two guests. I didn't like the towels and bed linen. Everything was in different colors. It did not give the feeling of a hotel, freshness and cleanliness.

The house is located at the end of one of the piers. This is unusual, it is interesting to spend the night in such a house. The house has a wood-burning sauna. It heats up quickly. Very clean and smells good.

Amazing place, small but nice, clean, comfortable. Sauna was enough for 2 people. Easy to find and good communication. Really beautiful in the evening. Good music from bar near the quay but also wasn't too loud. I wish to come back at least one time in the summer time. Thanks for great experience :)

A very beautiful place. Beautiful sea view. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. It's not the first time there. It's very beautiful to walk there in summer. I liked everything very much. The room is very comfortable and comfortable. Thank You Very Much:)

The cabin is smaller than it looks in the photos, dirty with spiders. The house has a strange sewage smell. I rented the house while attending The Weeknd concert. I take into account that it is a special date in Tallinn when everything will be full. I booked this apartment 10 months ago. . Arriving at the house after the amazing concert of The Weekend, I found the belongings of other people. I had contacted with host during the day. He text me that all is OK and I can come to the house from 14.00. When contacting the host, he claimed that I had mixed up the booking dates, then confirmed that there was a mistake.The host claims that the double booking is a Booking error. I waited about an hour for a solution. At that time, the other guests were not in the house, but there were many of their belongings. The host offered me to look for another hotel myself (on a date when Tallinn is full!!!). Then he offered me to stay in a cheap hostel in the center of Tallinn with public parking. From the marina to hostel by car, I had to drive 30 min at 2 night. I was very tired, because I had driven from Latvia for many hours and then the whole day at the concert. So I didn't have the strength to fight with the fraudulent host. The next day I had to drive 7 hours back to Latvia. I told this to the host, but he was not interested. The host is irresponsible and does not respect the guests' interests. Because he had already received the money for the rental on 03.08.2023. After this terrible experience, I will not choose to rent apartments again. The photos show other people's belongs that were in the house.

I didn't like anything because I didn't have the opportunity to spend the night in this house. The only positive is the location. The marina is beautifully illuminated at night.
