The room was getting cold during night that our baby was getting really cold, and I couldn't increase the room temperature more, there was an upper limit however, room was still cold for a baby.

Air-con system was a nightmare and wouldn’t allow us to turn off the fans. Both woke up with awful sore throats.

When I checked in, the receptionist told me almost no information, I had to find it all myself on Booking's Q&A. The next day, when I was having a cup of coffee at the reception, I noticed that his colleague had given completely full information to the other guests who had just checked in. I think that all receptionists should give the same information to their guests.

The room was nice and spacious. I liked that there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel is very well located in the city center and offers a perfect breakfast, great selection of sweet and savory food. I really like it!

Everything was fine, but the receptionist refused to communicate in Russian. Being from Lithuania, we only speak Lithuanian and Russian and do not understand English. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very accommodating in addressing the language barrier. Although the next day there was a different receptionist working and he did speak Russian and helped us without any issues.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was quite convenient. The parking area is a bit small, but we were fortunate to find an available spot.

We needed a last-minute stay in Tallin, cheap, modern, great for a quick stay. Close to the bus station.

Everything was great, clean, warm. And the bed very comfortable. Plus is a parking, we came by car and parking is spacious and easy to park, cost 15€/24 hours.

A bit loud ventilation, but you can adjust it to lower the noice.

Very nice location, chose to bus stop, to International bus station and you can easily reach old town by walking. Very nice and quiet area, close to the grocery shop. I recommend it for family staying. Good price/quality! Friendly staff, good communication in English.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They let us in earlier than expected as the receptionist felt our need especially when she saw us so cold, wet, and exhausted.

Lift works only with a room card. Sometimes it’s not comfortable. However, many places do this way now.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours. Coffee is very good. Everything is very clean.

Water pressure and temperature at room 206 was not up to standard. Pressure low and it fluctuated between cold and hot.

It’s a decent hotel, modern and simple. Everything is clean, staff is friendly.

Pillows were too soft/flat. It was a little bit of walk from public transport to/from airport, and also from grocery stores.

Staff were helpful and nice. Free unlimited tea & coffee. Walls were soundproof. The facility is really clean.
