Excellent place to explore Kurressare and Saarema. The hotel has its own spa, both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The hotel is not a big resort so you can feel very comfortable there. Rich breakfast buffet and free parking place are the advantages as well as ir conditioning.

Only little suggestion. Another mirror in the room would be great as if one is using the bathroom, the other can not get ready.Based on, mother and daughter sharing a room in this occasion.

We arrived late at night, so we had no time for spa but when we asked to stay a couple of hours later next day in order to enjoy it, this was not a problem at all.Only 7eur per hour for late check out was an amazing deal. Spa was almost empty, and we got to enjoy it in full, including the outside heated pool. Breakfast was the best and had the most selection I have ever seen.The quality of the local produce was amazing.Taken some photos to show to friends in U.K. Definitely will recommend.

The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. As a result, many were standing and waiting in line. Too crowdy.

Great location. Our child loved the pool. Comfortable beds. A great gesture that made our child feel special and welcome - the same robe as parents, only in his size. Nice!

The spa area has 2 pools with water massage options, 3 types of saunas and a warm jacuzzi. The room is small but quiet and comfortable with shower facilities. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from

Breakfast was very crowded all the times, because the room is quite small. Food ok, nothing special. The yacuzzi on the roof is a bit noisy to tje second floor rooms and kept us awake one night as it had stayed on after the private reservation.

I would like to have better towels in the hotel. Towels looked overused. Also drinkable water in the spa would be a nice addition.

Door to the bathroom would need some repair (grease the door), the noise was really bed. Bathroom looks nice for the first impression, but then you can realized there is lack of bathroom hook (where to put towels, swimsuits or clothes) and also light is not the best one. Shower is fixed in the wall, so you cannot control water fall and there is no door between shower and rest of the bathroom.. Room was hot. We were there in late May, I cannot imagine summer. Some small fan can be automatically in the room. I can Although there is written in info that you can borrow a bike and we asked for it, they said it is not possible in this time, because it was low season.

Room was modern, well designed and comfy. Appreciated information card in the room. Very good location. You can reach main highlights easily. Not far from bus station. Receptionists were nice and friendly but they didnt provide much information or recommendation about the island or activities. (it is better to go to tourist center). Breakfast was very good! There was good selection of everything you can imagine. Also they have some homemade bakery or spreads/jam/honey.. Spa was nice. There is one inside and one outside pool, sauna and steam room.

No A/C. You cannot charge your car at the hotel parking if you don't live in Estonia as it is Alexela charging station.

TV solution is poor. I didn ´t even understand what they are using. The quality of the picture was truly bad, kinda blurry. The family room was right by the street. 6.00 in the morning the grabage car did it's work. The room door and the windows towards the street felt like paper as the noise in the room was so loud, I thought the grabage car was inside our room. My kid went crazy in the sleep from the fear that this loud noise caused and it took time to fell a sleep again after that. Would be nice to use some extra noise reduction windows and internal door towards the street. In general for this kind of money I hoped a bit more.

Breakfast was OK, but could be a bitt better :) Spa was also OK, but all the kids play stuff was missing this time. I liked the stuff, they were very chill, polite and kind.

Windows on one side without AC means difficulty sleeping on very hot nights. The bathroom needs more lights in the ceiling.

The staff at the breakfast buffet could have been a little bit friendlier when letting guests know that not all drinks at the breakfast buffet are included with the rate. Nothing wrong with letting us know, but perhaps saying it in a more friendly tone, or even leaving a sign on the beverage fridge warning guests that bottled beverages are charged separately would help improve the service at this hotel. Other than that, I do not have any true, serious complaints. The property was clean, the staff was professional and attentive, and the sauna facilities were in excellent condition.

The room is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Included with your stay is the ability to use the pool and sauna facilities, which give one an extensive taste of how important health and wellness at the sauna is to the Estonian people. I was amazed by how the sauna and pool facilities contained multiple saunas, as well as multiple pools with waters at different temperatures. The breakfast buffet also showcased a lot of delicious food options that were reflective of the local Estonian cuisine and I was amazed by how much was offered. Staying at this hotel was an experience in itself, since I got to experience the culture of Estonia while allowing my body and mind to heal through relaxation and good food. I also liked that the hotel is close to several of Kuressaare's main attractions and that it gave an extensive taste of European hospitality at a very good price.

The room was a little too warm. The sound-proofing could be better. Keep in mind not to disturb your neighbours. We were not disturbed by any sounds, since our neighbours weren't noicy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice room, comfortable beds, nice spa and excellent breakfast and dinner. Good location, walking distance to the castle and restaurants.
