the room was not pounding. There were cobwebs on the lamp, there was dust and hair in the bathroom. we also missed a coffee or tea in the room.

A single room was a liitle bit narrow; somebody from the staff should recommend to the foreign quests to try the local food- was a little bit pity to see the quests to have usual bread+butter+jam and egg+bacon but not the delicious local food.

What a place ! We had the spa for ourselves at the beginning. You actually can arrive earlier than the checkin and rather pay 5euros for the access of the spa or pay 14euros for an early checkin (which we did). The staff were so helpful, explained everything to us, guide us through our stay. The breakfast has everything and more for a great breakfast. Clearly an address I'll keep. You're like 4 minutes walk from downtown and all its restaurants.

Room that we booked had some issues, our bathroom sink was leaking and toilet had a screw siting beside the tray button. The mini refrigerator had overdate milk drink in it so we had to go and ask for new room. The second room had allso issues. It had blinking strobo light in bathroom and allso in mini refrigerator had half drinked coca-cola in it so we desige to ask a new room again. The third room was clean.

Grey and dark colors: Interior black, walls grey, towels brown. Breakfast restaurant too small and overcrowded. It's a spa hotel, but spa area was too small and overcrowded. Children and even infants in the pool after 8pm. Street noise in the morning. Not relaxing.

Modernista style in an old building. Reception very friendly. Very good breakfast. Good to explore the island and nature.

Damp smell in the room :( Both rooms 113 and 7 had bad smell inside and no possibility to open windows.

The room was very small. Also the breakfast area was not big enough for the guests.

The location of the hotel right in the center of old town is very good. All the restaurants and sights are very close by.

The apartment (family "suite") did not have proper ventilation - only one window in the apartment could be opened. Soundproofing was lousy. The sofa matress was in such condition that you could feel the wooden frame at all times on your back and it was impossible to sleep on it. Even after adding an extra matress still same thing - back hurts from that bed even a week later. Room was booked for 4 pax and advertised as proper sofa bed. No blinding curtains and some windows had no curtains at all. For that price (200€+ per night) - such condition is very much worse than the average stay for the same price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good. Breakfast is ok.

The rooms were quite small and also the bathroom . Breakfast room can be quite crumped and difficult to move past.

First the bathroom flooded after the shower. Couldn't even use the toilet without getting wet. The water was almost ankle deep. The ventilation was not adjustable, it was an old fashioned system, so it started blowing in the morning about 6am so loudly like it was a storm outside. The room was turning so cold that finally I just turned the ventilation plate until the blowing stopped.

Location was great and breakfast enjoyable. The room was small, but clean. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bathrobe.

The walls are THIN. Without exaggeration, you can hear everything… from sleepapnea snoring, couching to moaning. At peak time breakfast time you may not even find a table to sit at. Spa was small, 1 steamroom, 1 lukewarm sauna and 2 hot saunas (separately 1 in men side and 1 in women side), 1 pool and 1 outside pool.

There was provided one "hotel size" shower gel bottle for 2 nights per room. For a 4star hotel I would not want to worry about whether I will have enough of shower gel for the stay. Also, no other toiletries in the room apart from one small shower gel bottle and one piece of soap. In the shower, there was no shelf or anything where to put the shower gel bottle. Had to put it either on the floor or on the wc outside the shower. Again, I would expect better comfort of 4star hotel. Breakfast had a wide range of food, however selection was very odd. We did not enjoy the breakfast. Breakfast area was very narrow and always crowded.

SPA area at the hotel was one of the best I have attended. It is a quite small hotel, but the SPA area still contained a lot of various spa types in pool. Designated pool area for kids which seamlessly combines with the main pool. Massage was very average. The good thing about the massage that it was possible to book it just one day before (quite late). Beds were comfortable. Great location, close to the center and restaurants. Hotel allowed to transfer the stay even though it was a "non refundable" booking, which is good. Price difference was not refunded in any way though.
