The swimming pool is stunning and the perfect attraction especially for babies. Location is great and the huge variety of food for breakfast is priceless!

Finland22 Reviews2 helpful votes“Great place for families”Some of the staff, particularly some of the receptionists, were a bit too grumpy/unfriendly for my taste, but nothing terrible and not all of them either - the receptionist who received us when we first arrived was actually really nice and friendly.
The room was comfortable and the hotel kindly fulfilled our request to have both rooms side by side. We also managed to unlock the doors in between rooms so that made our trip easier and nicer. The breakfast was nice. The water park is big and very fun for families with kids.

Italy1 reviewGoodA receptionist called IGOV has been rude. He was speaking very fast in a language that wasn’t a perfect English and when we asked him to repeat he answered “ok bye” twice. The rest of the staff has been super nice (the owner, the cleaning ladies , the restaurant staff) but he has been super rude and unpolite cause he seemed he didn’t want to give us the information we asked . Didn’t like him at all, a way of speaking very haughty and unpleasant

The staff was fantastic, the place was immaculate, and its proximity to Old Town, nearby malls, and more made it very convenient.

The hotel has an excellent spa. There are saunas, a warm pool, and a huge swimming pool. Good breakfast. Large selection of dishes. The rooms are warm. You can regulate the heating yourself. The hotel is located right in the old town. Five minutes walk to the Viru Gate. The nearest shopping center is a seven-minute walk.

Breakfast is so nice. I ate various salades. Spa is also nice. It’s big and there is a lots of choices of bath and saunas. Closets is practical.
