They were slightly disorganized for breakfast, especially for a simple thing as an omlet or a fried egg. But that is nitpicking.

The location is perfect, close to old town but not busy. The room was very comfortable spacious and clean. Excellent coffee for breakfast.

We asked for a silent room and got placed above the main entrance on the second floor. People were smoking and talking loudly just below our window, so we could not keep the window open and it was difficult to get sleep until the activity on the main door stopped.

Absolutely amazing! If one still thinks what hotel to choose in Tallinn- I’ll tell- you hardly will find anything better. As an experienced Tallinn visitor, I can assure you- if you want troubleless and comfort stay with SPLENDID breakfast, sweet after lunch surprise, beautiful calm spa, good beds and LADIES! Hair conditioner is surprisingly good there as well. Super nice staff, professional assistance. I felt like home!

We were told breakfast was €15 and we could pay at the restaurant if we decided to go. It was then €22 at the restaurant and tbh not worth the price. We were also a bit annoyed to find the spa closed one morning when we'd been told it was open 7-21 every day.

Spa exceeded my expectations. Room was lovely, spacious and clean bathroom.

There are not many channels on TV, and the price for the room is quite high.

The hotel is close to the city center, in a quiet area, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the restaurant has some very interesting and tasty dishes on the menu. The hotel is rated with four stars but it deserves five.

The charge of 10€ extra for room service. The hotel is already expensive enough and room service for food should be included. There was no extra tissues and I requested them, but the receptionist was alone when I called and she said she'd bring it later, but I never got my tissues (I needed them due to allergy problem). Lastly, the doors which give access from the women's changing room to the swimming pool area should somehow be automated, because not everyone closes the door behind them and it was possible to see people naked when showering.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and bright. The automated curtains were a plus!

The small Japanese pool could use filtering a bit more often.
