Although the staff from the were helpful they were not always nice. Comparing with the ones from the same company in Phuket I felt the difference.

The room is much bigger than comparable hotels elsewhere. The bathroom is plush. The shower is excellent with rain feature and power jet head. The staff are nice and have a good energy and the lobby is warm and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent with haute cousins. The location is good as the park next to the hotel is beautiful and the big shopping centre at the top of the street has a food court with reasonably priced local dinners etc...

Parking seemed too expensive and the check-in could be automated (Online or so) as at the check-in time it was quite crowded (can’t blame the staff as they were fast and professional but there was a lot of people so it took a while).

Hotel staff was excellent. Quiet rooms (didn’t hear any neighbours our outside noises) however we enjoyed the music in the bathroom and also hallway:) Breakfast area was spacious so it didn’t feel crowded. Also nice breakfast options. Beds and pillows were comfy. We really enjoyed the Wine&tapas lounge with thefireplace.

Gym is so small that it should be reservable so that 1-2 people max use it.

Super clean, spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. Nice breakfast, better than average hotel brekkie. Spa section was also really nice - as long as it is not too crowded since it is not that big.

Some doors, including the ones into the rooms, had an annoying little step or lip which made getting luggage through the doors harder, and my wife to stub her toe one day.

Location was very good, Wifi very fast, Staff very friendly. Pool and Spa facilities are well maintained and very good.

Everything was good. At first when I arrived i was disappointed that there was no bath in my room (i thought i reserved a room with a bath, i wasnt sure) So i came down to ask for a replacement and the sweet girl on the reception found me a room, although the hotel was quite full. (I still needed to pay though, but I didn’t mind) Secondly I forgot some of my stuff as i checked out, found out a day later. So again, i texted the hotel, and they found it and kept it, so i got it back. Thank you!!! In conclusion i must say that the service is amazing, the staff is polite and helping. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated, everything was clean and comfortable. However my friend witnessed much better room tea in this hotel, but i recall it had a different name: “Lembitu” 😁

The shower experiance is quite bad. The preassure is very weak, rain shower is weaker than actual rain and it's impossible to get right temperature of the water, since it takes ages for it change.

Nothing big to complain about but the AC made a constant weird sound like water was running but we got used to it fast. It will definitely disturb light sleepers. Also the pool safety should be more regulated as the children were jumping to the pool and running around in the spa area late afternoon.

The location, the rooms, the mattress, the cleanliness and the quietness was just so good. The spa was a pleasant evening surprise as we didn’t excpect it to be this cozy. Breakfast was delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The only thing I found disappointing during the altogether great breakfast was the juice which was served from a machine and was a cheap type of watery and sugary not-so-much-of-a-juice mixture. What probably also wasn't very well thought through was the fact, that you had coffee capsules and tea bags in the room but no option to boil the water for the tea, only the caps machine. Maybe you can just get the hot water when you let it through the coffee machine without a capsule, but I'm not sure if it has the right temperature. The spa is a bit small and doesn't have any room to chill and the only space to seat except of inside of the saunas is next to the swimming pool, so if you have bad luck and kids are playing in it and jumping in, you have a good chance of water splashing on you every now and then.

What we found really great was the Breakfast with a quite big choice of food. But alltogether we felt well taken care of. The rooms were nice, very clean, cozy and not too small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel stands doesn't look that nice, but it's just few minutes walk from the old town.
