Too long waiting line to check in. We have been in this hotel for 5 times and every time it takes too long to check in. And also too cold main pool in the spa. Everything else is perfect.

Upscale, elegant and clean. The SPA area is beautiful and refreshing. Restaurant Roof offered a lovely menu for the Saturday dinner.

The bed was not very comfortable, I wish it would have been softer and somehow more luxurious… Our room was on the fifth floor and we heard quite a lot noise from upstairs, propably chairs and tables were moved in the restaurant. I did not like the synthetic feel of the wall-to-wall carpet.

The room was nice with all the basic amenities. The spa was really nice - especially on our first day, when we got to enjoy it almost by ourselves. Tried the cold-pool for the first time of my life! Breakfast was good, altough I would have hoped for more fresh fruits and fresh coffee (not from the mashine).

Great hotel.

The hotel is awesome, they even have the don’t disturb sign as a button by the door in the room. It’s close to everything, transportation, shops and restaurants. They have a spa area, I didn’t have time to use it because it was a short trip, but it’s nice to have that option. The breakfast area is nice, at the rooftop, so it makes for a really nice view. There are a lot of options, they even cook the eggs per request. The room was great, spacious and clean. The bathroom was good, a little weird with the toilet being so close to the door, but it was nice that it had a heated towel, which is great specially during the cold for cloves. They offered shower slippers and bath robes.

the hotel was very well situated, 10 minute walk from the old part of the town . The hotel is very clean and confortable, the rooms have all the extras you need and the area from the spa is fantastic , great after a day of non stop visiting .

Spa was very noisy, screaming women. However, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this. However, there are no sun loungers, which I expect from a spa.

the spa area is not suitable for the hotel in full occupancy, especially when scores of guests can order drinks/alcool from the bar leaving the place in mess. otherwise the spa would be very enjoyable the main issue in our opinion was the service though, not up to a 4star superior standard: many little things lacking attention to details and making us feel like the staff, especially the reception’s, hasn’t being properly trained on meeting (forget exceeding) guests expectations.

nice new building with good finishes, warm and welcoming. breakfast was very well supplied and the room did not feel crowded even at full occupancy (also thanks to the waiters that manger the tables) the hotel is located in a good area, very silent at night even though not far by walk from the historical city Center

It was cold at night and the modern thermostat in the room was not giving out the asked 24 degrees (likely it is in sync with whole ventilation system). We had to cover our heads with the blankets in order to stay warm. No water upon arrival.

The spa was small, but it was still a nice experience after a long day: 2 saunas, a pool and a Japanese bath. Breakfast area was spacious and the variety quite good, special mention to the smoothies.

Only thing that bothered was the music played in the corridors. It was on all the night and so loud that you hear it in to the room and woke up because of that. I also gave feedback to the staff. It might have been an exception.

Why tell guess that room is available for early check in and charge us extra, but per hour? Why are you charging your guess if the rooms are available? Also, my wife and I forgot to pack our toothbrush. We were charged per dental kit. Isn't this a luxury hotel? Why are we being charged? If you're going to market the hotel as a luxury hotel, then go all the way and 'be' a luxury hotel with all the amenities. This charging nonsense for every little thing makes the hotel to be disingenuous and cheap.

Breakfast was good, but the variety prob reason I give it a 9 and not a 10, but I'm being super critical here.

Excellent hotel just outside the old town. We had an amazing spacious deluxe room with a sauna. Spa facilities were fantastic and whole hotel is very clean.

The special offer to change the room was very good. We stayed in the junior suite, which was spacious and nice with a cute little balcony and a big bathroom. The spa was simple but with everything you need. The water in the pool was quite warm and the saunas were nice. On Sunday, the spa was very private. Breakfast was wonderful, nice atmosphere, big selection and very tasty. The location of the hotel is very good, a quiet side street, very close to the center.

Some stuff was missing from our room, halfly eaten chips in the minibar (got a new package then, thanks for that), comfy family room was smaller than i thought, but still comfy.
