The reception was unpleasant- the lady in reception did not listen nor wanted to help. Even more, she gave the wrong information and her behavior was just arrogant. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee was very poor.

Great location - the whole city is within easy reach. Comfortable and clean room, freshly prepared omelet for breakfast The restaurant service was excellent and the food delicious.

Bathroom floor is not heated Lighting switches in the room are like rocket science, need to use a lot of trial and error to switch as desired.

Reception staff was bit stony at first but probably she had a long day and she was end of her shift. One negative was also that there was only one person in the reception all the time. Only exception was when I was logging out, there was some sort of a trainee also.

Signing in was easy process. Hotel looked quite comfy and clean. Room was cozy and it had all the conveniences what traveller needs. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. Restaurant staff was really really nice and friendly. And the view from there was quite nice too. Breakfast was served also there and it was worth every penny! I'm quite sure that everyone will find something to eat!

There was an advertised option of EV charging. But the coordination of parking was distincively lacking. The spots next to the charger were filled by ICE vehicles despite there being vacant spots.

Employees in the restaurant. Clothes are dirty, unkempt. We have to wait a very long time until the fried egg is brought, staff have to look for a table number for a long time, despite the fact that the restaurant is half empty. As a result, one day the egg was completely cold, the next day a completely wrong egg was brought, there was no way to answer. The lfriend was NOT brought at all, until we tell staff to clarify where and when it will be. Brought when it was already eaten and there was no more time to continue breakfast.

Rooms were on the small size and breakfast was charged at higher rate than explained. It was supposed to be €15 per night but we were charged €22 as late notice, this was not explained to us.

Good location, spa was nice, rooms were modern.

No proper doors between living area and bathroom, sliding doors with large gaps potentially causing privacy issues for more than one visitor. Air con very weak and did not let to adjust the temp below 19. And event in the lowest setting, temperature remained high - luckily, it was cold out side, so opening window was a solution.

Great breakfast, although a bit cold at 10am. Location was great, nice furniture and overall good experience. 12pm checkout time was very helpful.

First we were given with a room that wasnt cleaned up at all, then receptionist changed our room to a cleaner one and offered a free drink (even tho i was traveling with my wife but that's all right), the very next morning they charged us 10 extra euros and when i pointed that booking says i should pay less - they told me "it looks like yesterday you upgraded your room" WTF?! 1. No one told me anything about extra payment 2. We switched the room because initial one was not cleaned at all: some used bottles of water near the bed, some trash bag with trash inside, towels were used, glasses were used, the bed was used as well. So as a result -> we came very tired to a place, we had to swithc rooms, we were given complimentary drink bcs of messed up room and staff was nice so it was all ok, but then apparently we have to pay them more for this stay lol It completely ruined the whole stay and the rest of my day. Also AC was noisy the whole night.

When we arrived at the hotel the lobby smelled a little like sewage. Also Our room 213 had a humming noice that was resonating through the walls into the pillows, it made it hard to sleep. We asked to move rooms but we were told the hotel was “full” when rooms were still clearly available online. Don’t bother with the “chocolate hour” it’s not properly controlled and guests will fill their plates until nothing is available for others.

The rooms were clean,modern and a good size. Located about 800m from the old town.

Dark colors used everywhere, way too much. Made me feel anxious as it’s winter and always dark outside too. Heating all over building were set a bit too high IMHO - and sleeping without blanket was only option.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast above average.

When we arrived in the hotel, after our flight, the lady at the desk told us that our room was double booked. Imagine, i booked and paid in July, 6 months before traveling. Horrible service, we had to wait for more then an hour but didn’t get a drink, a snack or even a “sorry sir”. After more then one hour we were sent away to find another hotel. No sorry, no voucher, no apologies from the hotel or from booking.com. Am allready back home but still waiting for that “sorry”.

as a solo female traveler, it was scary that the lock was broken and when i asked reception about it she laughed and said that it was supposed to be that way. There was alot to eat for breakfast but everything was old looking already at 8 (breakfast started at 7). Water in the shower was either boiling hot or really cold. I was staying in this hotel third time, but first time when they changed franchise and joined Movenpick group. Its really dissapointing because Movenpick is known to have really good hotels and service in other countries.Room was really cold and it was impossible to change temperature. Window frame was broken also.

Spa was open from 7oclock. Big variety of food at breakfast. Roof restoran was good.

Sauna heated up to only 65 degrees so you could not really use it. Bad smell in the hallway. The room was nice with big windows but you could not really enjoy it as the view was towards another building and a parking lot.

Location and overall appearance was very good. Breakfast was tasty.

They didn’t have anyone to help us out with our luggage . We tried to borrow an umbrella they didn’t have . We tried to borrow a power adapter they didn’t have ! I’m not sure how this hotel was rated 4 stars .
