the air conditioning in the room was freezing, and I did not know how to adjust it (I was too tired to ask the receptionist to sort it out). There was no bathrobe in the room to access the spa, which is OK at that price.

Nice new hotel, spacious room with easy access to the spa. Excellent breakfast @22 euro. There is a good connection to the airport and the bus station. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There is no option to open the window in the room, but I suppose it's just a question of safety. I like fresh air and always keep my windows opened.

The great hotel with everything you need. Even with earlier breakfast, that's really convenient and make you feel like home.

Modern hotel with super location. Peaceful, clean,good beds. Delicious breakfast. Little spa area with the beautiful view to the Old city is always nice to visit. This is our favourite hotel in Tallin.

Coffee machines at breakfast were a bit temperamental and needed regular attention from the staff to keep the caffeine flowing!

Although we only opted for a standard room, it was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Clever use of the space to incorporate plenty of storage options and really comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Immaculately clean. Rooms were serviced by the housekeeping team very promptly - they always seemed to manage to get in and clean the room whilst we were down at breakfast and were always finished by the time we returned. It’s really worth going up the pool on the top floor. Lovely facilities up there and fantastic views of the city. Breakfast buffet offered a vast array of options, including omelettes made fresh to order. Fantastic location, with the old Town within an easy ten minute walk and the very modern Roterman district - with lots of funky shops and restaurants - right behind the hotel.

Everything was great

The hotel pool was just amazing, didn't expect to have a jacuzzi, big pool and a very warm sauna.

Bad design of the shower. There is a gap between the floor and the door of the shower unit. That makes the bathroom floor flooded when you take a shower.

Good location. Convenient to reach by public transport. Very nice and efficient staff. Very good breakfast.

- Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy, but are those with a tub. Luckily they were able to change to another quiet room across the hall with a shower.

Amazing room, plenty of space, modern and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great staff always ready to help. Excellent location for the old town and ferry terminals only a fifteen minute walk away.

We drove to the hotel, and the parking/drop off was not marked and was rather confusing. (It turns out, you kind of drive up on the sidewalk.) Some signs or clearer instructions would have improved the arrival experience.

The breakfast was phenomenal- one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The pool and sauna area was luxurious with beautiful views of the city. Very comfortable rooms and beds. A few blocks to the old town, and great shopping and bookstore across the street.

The hotel was clean, modern and located just a short walk from the old town. Parking (for a fee) at the hotel was easily accessible. The use of the pool was also very enjoyable.
