We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBecause the property has got it’s own restaurant, it doesn’t include a fridge, kitchenette or even a kettle in the property. They expect you take your morning coffee and breakfast at the restaurant.
A lovely location with a good restaurant on site. It’s a great idea to fish your own trout that the chef will then prepare for you. Our children loved it! It’s a quiet and relaxed space that has nothing to do with the more hectic and noisy place next door - and luckily you don’t hear them either!

PortugalWe missed a pair of chairs on the porch
Imagine a wooden cabin by a pond, fed by a nearby spring. Imagine a forest enveloping the site, and the sea within a 15 minute walk. Add windows to the cabin, front and back. Add trouts to the pond, rabbits and moose to the forest. Finish your picture with considerate neighbors, helpful staff, fresh and well prepared food. That is how simple it is !!!

LatviaArea is lovely, the lake is nice and boat ride was magical! Owners were really nice and allowed us to use their terrace next to sauna as there were no otther guests using sauna. Other than that there wouldn't be an opportunity to grill or cook at the cabins (just a heads-up for the next travellers).
