i was quiete surprised to find the room so small, no bed (sofa that was a bed) and not even a tv... in the end, it is good for one person, but price/comfort was not meeting expectations

as i was there for the ironman, the location was top...if no you are close to the shoppimg mall, tallinn zoo, but not so close to the beach (stroomi) or the old town in tallinn. the studio did have a good parking for the car

It was nothing like some pictures showed. Design was cold and grey and empty. Room was very hot even with the balcony fully open. Gets really hot during the day, you have to keep the curtains closed and then its really dark. No shampoo or shower gel. Shower makes no sense as all the water spills everywhere. When you shower you have to use one of your towels to soak it up. The stairs from second floor are very steap. View from the balcony is also pretty bleak.

It was clean and mostly equipped. Didn’t hear any sounds from other apartments. Location might seem far but the transportation is very convenient. A lot of shelves and cabins. The building has a leasure time area with game machines, books. Private parking under the building.

The ventilation was weak, it was plus 27 degrees inside and we had trouble sleeping. the balcony door could not be kept open because of the loud noise from the traffic outside. The apartment/loft was for two, but there was only one small planket, otherwise everything was ok and the price was ok.

First problem is parking. Place is self-check-in, so they send all the information in e-mail. But there is no information about parking. Not a word. Number where You can call is just for security company. No answer on messages in Booking, no answer on emails. If You check in late - there is no way to get a parking space. Had to call Booking and wait 40min while they sorted it out finally and we can get into car park. Very disappointed! And we booked place for 2 people - unless you want to sleep tightly snuggled up all night, this bed is not for two people. As well as blanket is clearly just for one. At least there was two pillows.

Beautiful design of hostel. There is everything You need, like microwave, washing machines (in basement), car park, special co-office place. Silence. Clean and nice.

Late checkin. I have to wait for an hour for my room (it was 17:00).. At first the hotell staff said that all rooms are occupied and they couldn't accommodate me. But some time later, I was given the room.

Good room design. They gave me 50% discount because there was an issue with my booking.

The bed was hidious (worst bed in paid accommodation ever), did not keep it’s form at all. Almost everything else was very good, but the bed ruined it for me. If the bed thing would be fixed, would definitely consider rebooking, otherwise would and could not.

WIFI did not work for a week. I gave feedback on the first night. Instead of fixing problem I received questions. Wifi worked in other floors but not in mine. After coming back home I sent feedback but have not received any answer.

During the whole stay we could hear everything happening in room next to us!! Very poorly insulation. Woman was shouting during the night and we even called the security. Don’t know if they did something. But next night they were playing loud music during evening and also night. Very unpleasant stay and staff even couldn’t come or relocate any of us. Shower room got all wet after shower. Water was everywhere and you had nothing to swipe floors or mirrors with. Also there was no shower gel. Kitchen had few cooking supplies, but no oil. Bed sheets are too narrow for two people. We nearly got in the parking under the building, due to our long car. Getting in with big cars could be challenging, so be aware. No one mentioned before the dimensions of cars that fit.

Nice, compact room for several days of staying. Spacious living area on first floor with some games and big TV where you can connect your own device. Parking under the building. Access with one code, no keys. Big shopping center nearby, so you can buy whatever you need (like shower gel or oil).

USED NEEDLE EMBEDDED IN CARPET! The bed is nothing like it looks in the pictures. This place is a hostel please don’t be mislead. There were fights on new years on the penthouse floor where boys were literally battered. My biggest issue is that in my room in was walking barefoot before my shower and I stood on a used needle! Now back in my home country seeking healthcare for the incident. The hotel has not offered me my money back and seems to not care they put me at risk to life changing diseases. Yes it was a human error. I understand. But it’s a big mistake so offering a refund is the least they could do but no they care about money a lot more than the safety and health of their customers!

The layout is cool. That’s it.

In my room, I don't know was it the aircon, or some household appliance thing but something was buzzing and it really bothered when falling asleep. Also no coffee or tea in the room (but kettle was there). And in my discovering I realized there no towels in my room, which was really bad surprise. Also room cleaning/service came a bit earlier that the check out time was.

As I had a concert in Unibet arena the location was absolutely perfect. The check-in process was really smooth. At first I had a room that somebody had already been staying in, but I contacted the property and got given a new room really quickly. The hotel was looking really new and modern. Everything basic was in the room.

Room is not cozy and surroundings are quite "grey". No TV in room. It is kind of hostel / residential building, not real hotel. For the checkin it was required to fill form, which was first giving error.

Clean and modern room, but not that cozy. Shower is good and kitchen as well. Check in was smooth and you don't have to deal with anymone face to face.

Kitchen inventory very very minimal. For instance: no wine of beer glasses, no opener for bottles (beer) no corkscrew for wine. No colander, spatula, cleaning material etc. No TV

New hostel with new inventory. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Large supermarket very close. Lot of bus connections nearby. Walking distance to Unibet Arena.

The bed was clearly too small for two people and the pillows were very cheap. There were no toiletries, just a small amount of hand soap. Since there was a local event, the price was very high for some reason and it definitely feels like it was just a quick money grab.

Room looked way bigger on pictures, my bad i didnt check m², no information on smoking @balcony, even wrote to them on booking and i got no answer, booked place for 4 nights and got kicked out after 1st night and the door codes were changed before 11:00 but i had no idea so i didnt even have a chance to take my earrings + toothbrush back from the place so they stayed there. Kinda dissapointed on the actions , u should put no smoking sign on the balcony door so ppl know about it (or why is there even a balcony if smoking isnt allowed ?). And they charged me for 4 nights so i had to find new place to stay asap. Last time there 4sure. Also location kinda far from center.
