Two things to complain about: there was no teapot in the room, and the ventilation was rather loud.

The manager, or Team Leader, (last name possibly Saferova) was not cooperative and not nice at all. She created problems from nothing. She refused all our requests and acted like we were doing her a favor by staying there. The Russian girl Ksenya at the front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but the manager denied her attempts.

Great breakfast. They have really nice staff. Great lox. There is a great pool and spa, and it was included in the price. Great environment with statues and decoration.

Receptionist giving us a room which already occupied by someone which caused us very embarrassing when we tries to enter the room! It’s not easy to squeeze out the shampoo from the container! If you want to change your pillow type, there will be extra cost! They only clean up your room for every 2 days!😔

The juice at breakfast table was disappointment. The spa was too crowded on Friday evening end felt more like a public pool rather than a spa. I think they should limit the number of guests in the spa that are not hotel guests. We flew all the way to enjoy the spa for one evening and the spa was so crowded and loud ( the loundness came from the guests) that it was not relaxing at all.

The spa was big and had different types of saunas. I specially liked the salt sauna. Breakfast was also nice with variety of options.

The hotel was in an amazing location an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry dock and then about a 15 min walk to Old Town to explore. The spa/pool services were amazing and very accommodating for our kids.And the breakfast spread was amazing!

parking is way too expensive, it's better to look at parking spots around the hotel. hotel restaurant is bit overpriced for the quality of the food, better options are availble in the city.

I would recommend to have old town maps in the rooms.

Location is very good, close to old town. Quiet rooms, very good breakfast, dressing gowns for all family are included in the price. Spa centre is open till 22:00.

- parking 25€ (you can find cheaper around) - online check in was pointless as I had to do everything again when I got there - uncomfortable pillows - windows to the pool area and see through so had to have curtains on all the time which made the room dark

The bathroom, namely the badtub was a bit oldish. And the fruit selection at breakfast was kinda poor especially for summertimes.

The pool en the spa were absolutly great! I loved that they offerd balls to play with! Also the breakfast was nice!

Nice clean hotel. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Great spa and pool area. It was my Son's birthday ( we hadn't notified the hotel but they must have seen the date from the room booking) and he received a surprise room service fruit platter. That was such a lovely thing to do.

Breakfast should have been included in the price. On booking.com, it showed breakfast included when I booked the room. However, the hotel staff claimed it wasn't. Some of the breakfast was not tasty and definitely not worth the expense of 18e/person.
