The only small improvement I’d suggest is ensuring the in-room tea and coffee supplies are replenished. Overall, it was a fantastic experience

I had a nice stay! from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff was very welcoming, special mention for the receptionist with glasses (apologies I did not note his name). Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The hotel's location was also perfect, close to key attractions. The spa facilities were immaculately maintained, with a wonderful sauna and steam room.

The location x Staff x Spa and facilities excellent x Zen room fabulous with spa bath x 3rd Floor facing courtyard x Super quiet x Breakfast so much choice x Dinner was lovely x The treatment was amazing x This is a 200 yr old building with a modern touch x On a busy junction however so close to all amenities x Sunday restaurant closed in the evening double check times available as winter schedule x

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the private wellness with a really lovely massage afterwards, definitely recommended! Furthermore, breakfast was super extensive and very tasty. I would definitely come back again!

This hotel was a great location, not too far to walk into the centre. Room was nice and big and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a wide selection.

The stone work of the building was stunning inside our room was really nice it was too expensive . We chatted to a lady dajana and she was soo good, informative of places to go and . We would def recommend anyone to stay there. Great location as only a 5/10 min walk to the old town.

The spa was not open everyday and I couldn't take any treatments there. The dubble bed was very narrow for two adults.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived slightly early and as our room was ready upon arrival we were allowed to check in early with no additional charge. If we needed towels or anything else for the room, the staff accommodated us with no fuss. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and all areas were very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean, and I would very much recommend this hotel.
