Our bathroom was quite small, and we found the shower awkward because it was tiny and water flooded the floor every time we used it.

This hotel has the Big 3: clean, comfortable, and convenient. We loved the classic design of the building and interior with lots of natural materials like stone, wood, and bricks. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor of the main building overlooked the courtyard with its fountain and gentle music. It was lovely - worth requesting! The breakfast was generous and tasty. We walked from the hotel to the old town in about 15 minutes. We also walked to the city centre and a couple of shopping malls, so we appreciated the convenient location. Bolt taxis are a quick and inexpensive option as well.

Not so many vegetarian options at the breakfast. The sofa bed was a bit small for two (not so young) kids.

Very good location of the hotel, 5 minutes from the old town. Even though it is near a busy street, you can't hear any noise if you close the window. The beds are comfortable. The staff, very nice girls. The breakfast is very plentiful, a large selection. We will definitely sleep here on our next trip

Beautiful hotel, especially back yard. Spa is small, but cozy. I also booked pedicure and was happy with the result. Old town is only a short walk away, but note that the walk will be uphill.

There was a national holiday which we new beforehand and therefore the hotel restaurant was closed so we weren't able to test the comfy looking restaurant and it's menu which sounded very delicious. So basically nothing negative to say.

Location was very good. Not far away from the old town. Hotel itself was very charming. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Lots of different options to choose from.

Absolutely charming, clean, gorgeous, extremely central hotel; great value for money and delicious breakfast included. Bathrooms notably excellent with huge sparkling bathtub and great soaps. Would definitely book again.

No parking available on site, had to pay extra and find the parking lot based on a map I assume was for pedestrians (they said just drive a bit to the left, but it was a one way only street to the right so not as clearcut as the map :D)

Breakfast was great, room was beautiful (although had to close the blinds completely because of someone (I assume what was another guest) flying his drone in the courtyard for quite a while :D

My partner chose this hotel because someone said it has good vegan breakfast. However, you have to order it separately and the vegan options weren't that good. The staff was indeed friendly to ask what my partner would like to have for breakfast so they prepared it exclusively for her. However, the yoghurt wasn't vegan even though they said it was. I know that it's a little bit hard to prepare these options as only small portion of the customers eat them. Another thing, the shower didn't have any door or curtain so you would wet the whole toilet room when taking a shower. The price was a little bit high but not too bad.

The location was excellent because all the places we visited were close and the bus stops were close, too, when we used buses. The hotel room was quite silent at night even though our room was next to the road. The room was nice and cosy. It had AC. When we came back to the hotel late in the night there was someone at reception. I don't know what's their schedules but this was actually nice if you need something.

Great hotel, atmospheric building and interior, and a nice backyard. Good bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast with good selection. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location, ten minute walk to the old town through a pleasant park area. We had an excellent stay.
