1. The internet is decent, but since I work online, the several interruptions to the internet were a bit annoying as they interrupted the flow of my meetings. 2. The sofa can be much more comfortable. 3. They were kind to send my clothes to the laundry, but I think most of the clothes were not even washed.

Offering free bicycles was definitely a huge plus. Wish all hotels did the same. 5. They invited us for a great breakfast.

there is absolutely nothing I hated about this place.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, starting with the exceptional Owner of the hotel (Mr. Emad) who was the first one to talk to while I was checking in, and was very helpful and gave me all of the support i needed and more, told about all of the attraction I must not miss in Matrouh, and how to get there in the most efficient way, he also recommended very good restaurants to me which proved to be the best i have ever tried in Matrouh (this was not my first time there). He even offered to give me the breakfast of the first day for free despite my reservation was not including breakfast, and also offered to give me a rental bike to tour the city any time for free as well. the rooms are very clean and tidy, the Neiborhood is quiet, and the air-conditioning unit was working very well. the WIFI in this Hotel was just awesome, reaching everywhere with very strong signal and really fast speeds. the room services were on point and providing all of the needed services. overall, this stay really exceeded my expectations, given the price have paid for the 4 nights I have spent there.

The bathroom is a little bit old. But it's still okay.

The location ist very good. The main street and the promenade are very close. Friendly employees, especially Emad from the reception. As I arrived on the first day, he gave me a lot of good advices about which places I can visit, showed me pictures of the places and tell me which restaurants I can go. He made such great recommendations and helped me to find a driver to go around the city. I am really grateful for his help and his kindness. Thanks a lot. I will definitely come back again.

Great hospitality, welcoming staff. Location is great and near to beaches, Alexandria street, Libyia Souq and all facilites. Hotel invited us for free breakfast 2 times, They also upgraded our room from standard room to family room, I really appreciate that. It's value for money.

Excellent staff - spoke perfect English and could not have been more helpful. This place was great for a 1 night stop on our way from Cairo to Siwa. Clean, safe, comfortable, with a good breakfast, and good value for money. I would certainly stay again.

please do not change anything about this top clas hotel which really should have more stars as it deserves them,i felt very much at home here and almost didnt want to leave...

From the momemt i arrived "Imad" was the most polite and gracious host and his efficient and friendly check in made it very easy to feel at home straight away,he was so knowledable about the city and went out of his way to make sure i knew" where was what "with his beautifully illustrated super map,also anything i wanted he was certainly the "go to"guy with an excellant command of the english language and no end of contacts,and made everything so easy with all his tour ideas,and where to eat..etc. The room was just as advertised and everything worked,shower ,A.C,fridge,kettle,even the Wifi,,plenty of fresh clean fluffy white towels daily if needed,and beverages replenished with a daily botttle of water.everthing was perfect and the view of the sea from the balcony was beautiful. The panaronic rooftop breakfast area was delightful and so was the breakfast,plenty and a nice variety with a polite friendly smiling service. The location was great,not too far a walk...about 5 minutes away from anything and everything. The staff were so friendly helpful and happy and they all did and such a good job making sure that this hotel here in Marsa Matrouh remains one of the best in Egypt for overall room,staff,location and most of all" Imad",his wonderful smile and his even more wonderful customer service.....

The man who runs the hostel is extremly helpful. He helped us with everhthing, giving us tips about the city, telling us where to go, how to go, etc He was like a tourist agency!! 😃 The room was really good and clean! Every problem you have, just ask him, he will really do his best for helping you. Highly reccomend it.
