Location might look like a bit difficult to find but it is just 4 minutes away from the centre by taxi.

Excellent value for money. Room was spacious with great views over the nile. Rooftop terrace and common living/dining rooms were also great. Very helpful staff. I would stay here again if I returned to Aswan again, no doubt.

The area outside the hotel was a little scruffy (but this IS Egypt and I dont think it was the hotels responsibility). There was rubbish out one window between the hotel and the Nile, and the hotel was down a very steep unmade road, but once I was inside the hotel all was well.

Mina and Mustafah both went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was good for me. Mustafah arranged a birthday towel cake (yes really) for my friends birthday and Mina came and collected me from a museum. My safety and wellbeing was important to them. They recommended good food places and made sure to speak to any taxi drivers before I got in the cab for my safety. Absolutely brilliant. The view of the Nile was sublime from my windows. So lush, and being a little distamt from the centre meant the view was greener x

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic towards us and brought us a perfect trip to Aswan, providing us with airport pick-up and meal ordering services. The hotel rooms are very clean and well-equipped, and the experience of the swimming pool and balcony is very good. Outside the room window, there is a beautiful view of the Nile River. Mostafa's doll made of towels is very cute and makes us feel very happy. Overall, the stay was a very pleasant experience.

The only critiques are incredibly minor. Firstly, we were under the impression that there was a rooftop pool. Rather, there is a swimming pool and a rooftop area to hang out. Both of which were clean, fun, and saw regular use. Secondly would be the location. The hotel sits atop a hill with a dirt road and not every taxi driver knows exactly where to go. This, however, was in all actuality a non-issue since Mina and Harris organized drivers for us to and from the hotel. Therefore, I hesitate to even call these "critiques".

I cannot praise the hotel as well as its wonderful staff enough. Mina and Harris were there to help us every step of the way. Finding cars to go around the city as well as organizing taxis to bring us back to the hotel. Such friendly, open, and smart people that truly deeply care about the enjoyment, ease, and safety of the guests. I would absolutely come back, and highly recommend anyone going to Aswan to book through this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was an exemplary, beyond entertaining time. I would rate it 100/10 if it were possible.

The location is not the best but the hotel did arrange cheap transport to the town. There are cooking facilities but no food supplied. The hotel has a deal with s local restaurant and food is delivered quickly.

The place is a little bit apart from the city, but we didn't have any problems with the taxis. The host offers some taxis and tuk-tuks but is a little bit overpriced, but with apps you can find some good prices!

The place was amazing, it was super clean, the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the rooftop had AMAZING views, especially during the sunset.

It was already late at night when we arrived in Aswan. Thank you to the hotel staff for their patience in explaining and serving us. The boss and staff here, mostafa salah, are very welcoming and gave us a meticulous service attitude. In addition, the entire building is right next to the Nile River, with extremely beautiful scenery. Be sure not to miss the sunset. Many years later I will remember my two-day trip to Aswan, and this hotel increased my fondness for Aswan.Thanks for mostafa,I‘ll come back to here.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful. They were really good in the lead up to it at answering our questions. During our stay they were great especially Mustafa he was always smiling and helpful. We loved his towel creations. The hotel has a great view which is really relaxing and a homely feel. We enjoyed the pool on a hot day.

The only thing I did not like was that I could not stay longer.

Aswan Nile Palace is a little way out of the city, but don’t let that discourage you - it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful in the area and the hosts are so helpful and can book travel into town or anywhere you need at any time. Hares, Mina and Mostafa were all wonderfully kind and very helpful throughout my stay, helping me to book transport and order food when needed. I felt completely at home in the guesthouse and made use of the pool, laundry facilities and the beautiful roof terrace every day. The towel art is by Mostafa - the friendly housekeeper!

The view from the rooftop is gorgeous. The stuff is welcoming and very helpful. Mostafa gets really creative with his towel arts; they all look adorable! I really enjoyed my time there. Also having a shared kitchen is a big plus. I recommend this place to anyone who’d like to spend some relaxing time in Aswan.

Lovely and quiet Guesthouse/hotel on a hill with beautiful River view.I found it over booking.com and I really loved that place.i stayed 4 days. I got a very lovely welcome from the two guys Hares and Mina who take care of the guests. I had a very nice Deluxe room with air con and fridge. It has a nice roof top terrace and a pool with massage jet. When Mina and Hares are not around there are two lovely guys Shenouda and Mostafa who takes care of everything, housekeeping staff. For my whole stay I got different taxi drivers to bring me to town for 100 egp at any time I wanted. Because walking alone to town would be possible but it was to hot for me to walk. And at night I wouldn't find it. Water ,tea, coffee is always available for free.the Pool is available 24 hours and on the roof top terrace they have a washing machine also. I really enjoyed my time there.
