This has nothing to do with the hotel. If you are one of those people who think it is OK to load a huge bag with food to take away at meals... IT IS NOT OK! YOU ARE STEALING AND ALL OF US ARE PAYING FOR IT. SHAME ON YOU WITH YOUR FULL BOARD BRACELET! Who are you feeding?

This resort is all things to all people. You will find they can cater for every reasonable whim. The food was of good quality and variety. There was always something different with every meal. If you are prepared to have the equivalent of €2 in the local currency at hand for your head waiter, your requirements for drinks and seating will be preempted and seen to. Small price for a luxurious experience... all included in our package, of course.

The sand is not fine however the sunbeds are comfortable. The coffee and cappuccino they provide with an unknown machine is bad but if you want a real good coffee, they could do it with a good machine and a good coffee blend but they ask 2 euro because it is not included in the all-inclusive package. That's not honest.

I liked the quality of the food in the main restaurant, the beach area and the pool is very big and with an amazing view. Very nice the animators such as Nurlan. The gym has an amazing sea view but the glass window is not transparent and I expected more equipments.

it's a bit far from the center but absolutely ok staff need further training on systematic work (but still doing their best)

overall, hotel is a great value for money.. very cozy and comfy.. staff are so welcoming and friendly.. amenities are excellent for the price.. amazing food, creative dishes, and wide variety everyday... beach is amazing and the only sandy beach vs neighbouring hotels

Crowded restaurants somtimes when regular meals are served, in addition to the bathroom's design which was not very efficient and had some drawbacks.

staff were a bit rude. receptionists were amazingly friendly but all other staff were very rude to us Egyptians for absolutely no reason. also pillows weren’t very nice. very stiff and high. taxi booth in the hotel was incredibly impolite and yelled at me for being late even though he had the time mixed up and hung up the phone on me as if i worked for him.

Only small niggles (you get what you pay for, so it really is amazing for the price). The heating for the kids' pool was switched off mid-way through our stay, which meant it was too cold for our toddler and baby in the second week. Other little things: there's quite loud pumping music by the pool a lot of the day (and always the same songs) - but it's great if you want entertainment! On less windy days the sun loungers on the beach were all claimed (with a towel on) by 7.30am - shame they don't have enough for everyone. The air con in the rooms is a bit old & noisy and can't be adjusted (it's just either on or off) but it did the job. The alternative restaurant didn't seem to be open - it would have been nice to have a change of scene one or 2 evenings. As others said, it is a shame that if you sit on your balcony you can't actually see out - and there was only one seat so you can't sit together on the balcony. Finally - they REALLY need to get a new CD for the restaurant - the same 6 or so lift-music versions of Whitney and Brian Adams at every meal nearly sent me crazy!!

For the price this place is incredible! The beach is amazing - a beautiful coral reef straight off the beach that you can snorkel in and spectacular views. Lovely pool area and big rooms with great views. Every member of staff was super friendly & helpful - they even catered specially for my daughter's allergies, making her bespoke meals daily, and left me a birthday cake in my room on my birthday! Fab that there's a dive centre on site - my husband did a few dives with great instructors and we hired a private boat for an afternoon trip to Ras Mohamed for a very reasonable price. The massage ladies in the spa are lovely and did a really fantastic massage too. The food in the restaurant was tasty and varied - loads of choice and always an option of freshly cooked pasta/ fish, meat or seafood/ pizza/ omelette etc. If I wasn't travelling with 2 small children I'd have loved to take advantage of the daily yoga/ stretching & zumba.

- Car parking is small, close to Shops center and far away from the reception - No aqua toys in children pool , my 6 years child was disappointed 😞.

- location is great , view is magnificent and beach is few steps away from rooms and main building. - Sandy beach . - Room size and style of decorating the furniture in . - Food is tasty mith tens of varieties in each buffet, they serve 3 salads buffets, 4 deserts buffets, chiken, meat, fish , pizza… .etc in the same meal, taste of all is extraordinary. - Staff is very friendly and helpful. - The heated pool for children Being a resident in Sharm for 22 years working in the tourism field since 1998 with 6 years child insisting to spend his weekly school day off in a new hotel every friday ! I can tell that Parcelo will be on top of my favorited hotels to stay back in .

Swimming sea area is pretty limited. Regarding services : it was good , but the staff is too visible for 5-star hotel. Aldo sales people are approaching you at every single step on the beach and swiming area.

The rooms are cleaned each 48 hours while the normal to do this is on daily bases, accordingly. We were not getting water / bathroom clean towles - shampoo - showergill at the room on the day they are passing in cleaning.. We were getting our needs only when calling house keeping.. The total trip was great but cleaning rooms / mentioned above issues were not good at all

Very dated, the buildings and furnishings are old and starting to look shabby. The glazed wall to the balcony didn’t seal and the wind was whistling through the whole weekend

The room was not well maintained,the sleeper couch bed was broken the patio door was not closing properly Our room never had toilet paper We where never given a box of tissues Through out our stay We called for extra blankets and only recieved them 2 nights later Reception never answered the fone The food can be more diverse maybe add some indian foods
